Was referred by a long supporter who has purchased sound systems for Richer Sounds for a number of years. Googled your site and found a clearance offer on a TV. It was clearly advertised with the advert clearly stating the box had been opened. I popped in to the store and immediately warmly greeted. The staff were really helpful and even offered to help put the TV into the car. Just couldn’t fault anything. Efficient, friendly and helpful. Excellent experience all round.

Ws were having problems with sound (turntable via wired connected to Bose system and bluetooth to stereo headphones).

Advice given by the staff and their product recommendations proved to be excellent.

This was the first time we have used Richer Sounds, they will now top of our list when we need to replace or upgrade any of our kit.

I phoned for advise on a new amplifier, gave my requirements to staff and straight away they recommended the Mission 778X, it arrived next day and wow the performance (especially at this price point) is amazing. Received a follow up call the next day, which was a nice touch. Very good service and advise.

Having previously purchased an **Argon turntable** from Richer Sounds and received excellent, impartial advice, it was only natural that I went back when it was time to upgrade the rest of my system.

This time I was looking for an amplifier and speakers to match. I'd already done some research and was pretty set on the **Cambridge AXR100** amplifier, but I couldn't decide on the speakers. I visited the store and spoke with a gentleman called **Graham**, who clearly knows his stuff. After discussing my budget, he suggested a couple of options, but I was still undecided.

Graham then suggested something that really impressed me. When my amplifier arrived in-store, he would hook up different speaker options so I could listen for myself and make an informed decision. Even better, I was encouraged to bring along some of my own vinyl records.

A few days later I received a call and headed down to the store. Graham had set everything up using my amplifier, my turntable and the speakers he'd recommended, the **Acoustic Energy AE300 bookshelf speakers**. He was absolutely spot on. They sounded fantastic and I placed the order there and then.

I opted for delivery to the store as it's only ten minutes from home, making collection convenient. I had also experienced issues with DPD during a previous Richer Sounds delivery and wanted to avoid any complications.

Unfortunately, late on Saturday there was still no call, so I phoned the store and spoke with the manager, **Steve**. The speakers hadn't arrived, which was understandably disappointing. Steve was genuinely apologetic and assured me he would personally keep me updated.

About ten minutes later, Steve called back with a solution. He offered me the store's demonstration speakers in walnut finish at a discounted price because they had been used as display models. I went down to take a look.

Despite the store being very busy, Steve immediately pointed out some marks on the speakers that he hadn't noticed initially. Again, disappointing, but it showed honesty and a genuine desire to do the right thing. Knowing that my old speakers had already failed and that I had a new record I was eager to listen to, Steve offered to **loan me the speakers free of charge until my new pair arrived**.

That level of service is incredibly rare these days.

I genuinely can't think of another electronics retailer that would go to those lengths to help a customer. From start to finish, both Graham and Steve were a credit to Richer Sounds and demonstrated what truly exceptional customer service looks like.

You may wonder why I'm giving **4 stars instead of 5**. The only reason is the delivery issue. While DPD is outside Richer Sounds' control, and in my experience one of the less reliable courier companies, their failure to deliver created the problem in the first place.

A company shouldn't be judged solely on what happens when everything goes well, but on how it responds when things go wrong. On that front, Richer Sounds excelled. Steve and Graham deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provided. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

**As for the system itself:**

**Argon Mk2 Turntable** – Excellent.

**Acoustic Energy AE300 Speakers** – Superb sound quality for the money

**Cambridge AXR100 Amplifier** – Good, but I'm not completely convinced it's the best option at its price point. I feel there may be better alternatives available for the money.

**Overall: Great products, outstanding customer service, and a retailer that genuinely cares about its customers.**

I am absolutely delighted with my new TV! The picture quality is incredibly clear, and the sound is excellent. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

A microphone that I had ordered online was broken and I was assisted online straight away. I wasn’t too impressed that I was recommended to go to a shop, as they are quite far away from my home. However I went to the Romford shop and Richard helped me. He was super efficient, very friendly and I he took me seriously and made sure I can contact the store if I need any assistance with the microphone. Thankfully the item worked and I friend need any more help, but I’ll definitely keep them in mind when I need anything in their product range.
