felt like they wanted to help get the best audio result for me
I dealt with both Sam and Ryan who were both happy to spend some time discussing what I wanted and options available and then let me demo the kit in my own time in order to make sure I got the right thing for me. didn't feel like they were just desperate to sell me something but they were genuinely interested in my needs, would STILL recommend that you try richer sounds, they will match prices and have excellent customer service.

Problem solving.
I had problems with existing CD which was returned under warranty.
The process of finding the problems with that and resolving with alternative replacement was done very quickly and efficiently.
