Richer Sounds - Manchester Anmeldelser 

Looking for speaker wall brackets, and having seen something on the Richer Sounds website that might meet my needs, I called in on the off chance that I'd be able to look at them. The staff member (sorry, don't recall his name) helpfully pointed out that although they weren't stocked in the shop there was one on the wall for a speaker in use. I was able to confirm that they should be right (I had specific requirements for clamp height and angle adjustment) but was assured that I could return them if they proved unsuitable. I placed an order there and then (Friday early afternoon) and was amazed to find they were delivered on Saturday at no extra charge. Very pleased with the brackets and the service. Maybe I could have got something cheaper at a huge online retailer(!) but I'm satisfied that I got very good value from Richer Sounds.

Very efficient service and a very personalised one, even with everything being done online e.g. named person to contact if the need arose. This type of service is very rare these days, but is priceless.

The staff were welcoming, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. Delivery was as promised and the driver was also professional. A very good experience.

Manchester store Deansgate . On a phone call the guy was really helpful helping me with a buzzing sound off my old new Technics SL3000 turntable..Took time to work out an issue for me and was happy to help me. I'm also buying a TV stand from them. I would recommend them...they have been in business for years so got to be good.

Adrian, the store manager was a calm character, zero hard sell and just helped me make choices I'm still very happy with. I got to try the equipment I was interested in without being rushed. My first Hifi purchase has been a great experience. I placed the order in-store on a Saturday and got the delivery on Monday. Way quicker than I dreamt of. Thank you

People are your strength but you need better systems.
Jeff from telesales gave me a fairly good offer on a higher shelf CD player but when sent a link to pay, after my bank's block on the card removed your system still could not process the payment. I had to visit your Manchester shop to pay where Adrian was very helpful.
Both Jeff and Adrian were top notch with quick delivery sorted, but your systems let me down.
Why Jeff could not take the card payment on the phone?
Why only the lame internet link which was useless?
The guys were great though.

Decided to buy a filo cd player and have always used richer sound for my hi-fi and speakers over the last 30+ years,had it posted out and was here in two days

My little compact radio / CD player / Bluetooth works great. Perfect for my kitchen where I don’t need ‘big sound’. I was advised that for my purposes, I didn’t need the more expensive product, and you were right. It’s great, easy to use, and I get to listen to CDs again.

Ryan was honest and spoke Welsh! However I did NOT like the comment at the bottom of the invoice about getting back to you within 24 hours if the product is damaged being in "microscopic" print. This should be in LARGE print with attention drawn to it.

Matt in the Manchester store was super helpful and made sure I got the best possible deal. Everything was delivered safely and on time. I even had a follow up call to check everything was ok. Great customer service and will be back.

Good advice on options for a new LG TV at a good price

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Matt kindly set up a listening session and helped me choose between two mini hifi systems and four pairs of speakers using six tracks from four cds. He was so helpful and patient with all the switching around. And I’m really happy with the outcome.

The overall process was smooth and simple. Navigation of the web site was a clunky but the product was delivered promptly and pickup from the Richer store was quick and easy.
