As a previous owner of three hi fi shops and International Marketing Manager at KEF, I feel I have some insight of what is required. Richer Sounds is the best.

A really helpful and pleasant sales person who supported me to get the best pains price for the product I was buying. Would definitely return.

Clean welcoming shop and great staff. Responsive and very helpful. Understanding of customer problems and keen to resolve any issues. Much superior than other similar retailers in their field.

The Richer Sounds six years guarantee is good. My Samsung neo tv cocked out after 36 mths. Richer attempted to get it fixed but, alas a deep seated issue. So I got credit note back towards a new tv. Great service from the Richer Team resolving the issue, especially my local Maidstone branch. You can rely on Richer !

I have used Richer Sounds twice this year. Usually I buy from Amazon,but I wanted professional advice and knew Richer Sounds to be reliable,as my late brother always spoke highly of them.
On both occasions they were both friendly and knowledgeable. Items were dispatched promptly and had useful tracking/ delivery eta. Also prices came in under Amazon cost even though I was looking for service over price on both occasions. I am enjoying a vinyl revival like many at the moment and hope to upgrade turntable at a later date. Guess where I'll be shopping? Thanks Richer Sounds you didn't disappoint. 10/10

Went in shop to view Phillips Tina but none in stock. Was told they could get one in so got phone call few days later to say it had arrived. System set up to listen to when I got there. Purchased system after demo and shop kept it until I had finished shopping elsewhere. Excellent service all round!

I always use Richer Sounds. Their knowledge and expertise is amazing. I only use them. If I see something cheaper elsewhere they will always either match or help. Easy. I couldn’t have done better. I spoke to Steve on the telephone the day before who was very helpful. I drove the 20 miles to Maidstone and foun Steve there in store . Lovely bloke, friendly not pushy and extremely knowledgeable.
I sold myself the idea to go for better speakers and a mini hifi system. I’m 79, fairly deaf but wanting to listen to my many CD’s … I have lived in musical silence for six years now.
But no more! Now I can grandad rock with the best of them !! Thanks Steve.

I ordered my TV via online sales on 03/02/26 & it arrived on 05/02/26, that’s what I call quick usually we wait a lot longer for deliveries due to the fact that we live in the Highlands. I found the whole experience from my initial phone call to the telesales to the delivery top class. The operator I spoke to was very knowledgeable & helpful. I have bought a few items from Richer Sound over the years both at their Liverpool store & on line & can’t fault the service, I would definitely recommend this company & will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and totally accepting of my personal needs. I didn’t try to sell me something more expensive and they did tell me of things less expensive. I would definitely use them again.

The salesman in the shop was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the various types of TV and enable us to make the right choice of TV for us.
