Couldn’t afford it excellent service they helped me out even I wanted to change my 65 inch TV to a 77 inch the Manager sorted it out seamlessly and went out of their way much appreciated

The customer service was so use full i was given a stage by stage advice. Looked through items the prices and spoke to me about the quality of the product.

I recently visited Richer Sounds Leicester with a view to purchase a new turntable and sound system. Jason was fantastic, he was very friendly, able to talk me through all of my options and explained everything perfectly. I am bowled away by the quality of my new audio technica turntable and my records sound fantastic on it. Big thanks to the guys at Richer Sounds for all your help - very highly recommended.
Thanks, Jack

Every one I spoke to was very helpful without being too technical for me to understand

Bought an ex-display model TV from Richer Sounds Leicester, and service was great. Competitive price, helpful staff and seamless collection. Would definitely buy from them again.

Great advice and good communication through my purchase, these guys set me up with a great system

Sebastian was supper helpful explaining setting up and my item was delivered next day . On a Saturday, wow. The price match was brilliant as I would sooner shop in a shop than on line . Nice to be able to shop local and support them as they support their customers. Nice 👌

Very welcoming in the store. Very good customer service. Definitely always recommend to family and friends.

These people really care about you when you do business with them.
Delivery service was excellent too.
Why would anyone go anywhere else.

Well informed guidance - I am really pleased with the products I ended up buying

Great staff (they listen). Would have been better if the TV I was interested in (TCL) was on display in store. Delivery quick and efficient.

Comprehensive ,thorough, knowledgeable and timely. Will
use again in the future.

Very helpful with the ordering and delivery process

Wanted Headphones for an Amplifier bought from the branch at Solihull. This is where the expert at London Road took over. Precise information given regarding price and a demonstration of Classical music confirmed my requirement. Thank you.

Price match was brilliant, Richard from Leicester was very helpful and had great knowledge of the products.
Delivery came three days earlier than expected, I was also kept informed from the delivery guys.

Any trip to Richer Sounds is a pleasure to be honest, with knowledgeable and courteous staff who want you to leave happy. If, like me, you're someone who doesn't keep up with the latest innovations and only replaces something like a TV every 10 years or so then it is easy to be quickly confused by all of the latest jargon or developments. This, I think, is where the staff excel as they don't try to confuse you further and try to sell you what you don't need just to make a sale. They listen to what you want and then guide you through the options open to you, and will say if you don't need something that you may have thought that you did. Whilst I only replace TV's and hi-fi's every 10 years or so I've dealt with them for over 25 years and wouldn't go elsewhere, all due to the service.

Excellent service, the staff are so knowledgeable and have great advice about a TV we wanted to also double up as a second PC Screen.
We always go here for our TV and music equipment, despite now living 2 hours away! It's a first class service every time!
