Currently switched from EE cause the cost is getting waaaayyyyy too much. Had issue with switching over and keeping my number from the instructions (I am at the age where parents asked how to handle a VHS if anyone remembers that)

Wonderful customer service from Thomas!
I had been awaiting a PAC code from my previous provider that was taking a while to come through.
Thomas emailed me to check how things were going with this process as it had still not come through, but he could see I had requested it from my previous network.
He offered his advice and technical support which led me to contact my previous network, and I finally got my PAC code!!
I would honestly have kept waiting for the request to come through, but Thomas sped up this process for me, and I am very grateful for his advice.
It is only my second day with Rewild and I am already very impressed with the customer service.

I don't recommend this company at all
I don't recommend this company at all, signed up with them from MSE recommendation (money saving expert aka Martin Lewis) and what a complete con it turned out to be. Btw Martin Lewis is a legend and this is not anything to do with him.
First of all when you sign up on the last day of the month, they take full payment for that month (even though you haven't even switched yet...) And the 1st of the next month, they take another month's payment...so that's 2 in 2 days!! I was really shocked as I have never had that from any company. Plus the sim card postage £5! A 2nd class postage stamp with no tracking.....
Initially when I contacted them they gave the automated response, as if like don't worry everything is ok.. but I was not happy and was not reassured with that response. I told them to cancel it as I was livid with the sheer cheek to take 2 payments out of my account plus the extra for a sim card!
They stated that the sim card was already dispatched so that wouldn't be refunded in other words...so I asked for proof of postage and they sent me a generic blank proof of postage and then they deleted it.. So I asked them to refund that sim too due to the sheer ignorance and a blatant lie of having any proof, they agreed.
After all this really awful experience they agreed I had a bad experience and refunded all, sort of apologizing but not really.. I think you know what I mean.
Overall I did get my refund from them but everything what the website made me feel like, money towards the British wildlife,etc and good deal..that was also misleading to what I experienced.
I've not read any of the review's on here as they are probably far from the truth, how can they be for what I've experienced.... Awful and misleading deal via MSE. Prorata btw is a ridiculous way to take money from customers, that's usually only when an employee works for a company regarding salary and holiday's etc. Never heard of any other company taking money from customers this way, ridiculous.
You don't need to get in contact with me anymore, I was speaking to Thomas and after a long conversation everything was sorted and reimbursed after a few days. I'm in my right to leave a review of what happened in this experience and you have no excuses to reply for others to see.
My trustpilot user name does not have to reflect my real name as there is nothing for you to help me with now, as I cancelled the contract with you and moved on. I have all the evidence to prove to trustpilot that I was a genuine buyer, don't discriminate me or my review towards potential reviewers reading this.
Overall I'm just glad you refunded me after that very disappointing experience.and shared to share my experience with others.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're sorry the billing left you feeling caught out. We'd like to explain exactly what happened, both for you and for anyone else reading.
When you join Rewild, you pay in full for your plan on the day you activate, and our billing then runs on the 1st of each month.
If you join near the end of the month, that can look like two payments in quick succession: one for the month you joined, and one when the normal 1st-of-the-month cycle begins.
Here's the important part. We pro rata that first month, so you only ever pay for the days you were actually live, and we refund the rest or apply it as credit on your account, whichever you prefer.
We bill this way because your plan is ready the moment you activate it. On a 4GB plan, for example, some customers use their full allowance within a few days, so the plan has to be live and paid in full from day one as soon as you join.
On something like SIM postage, or any charge a customer wasn't happy with, we'd always put it right in full. Not because we'd decided someone had a bad experience, but because we only ever want customers who genuinely want to be here. We're not the kind of provider that traps people in, and if Rewild isn't right for you, we'll always let you leave. Our commitment to British wildlife is very real, and that will never change.
On our reviews, every single one is written by a real customer, and we stand behind them completely. We're proud and grateful that so many people genuinely love being part of Rewild.
One last thing: 'Frogger' is your Trustpilot name rather than the one on your account, so we can't match it to anyone in our system. Before we can confirm what happened and make sure everything was put right, we do need you to reply to the request we've sent so we can locate your account. We'd really appreciate that.

Thomas was very helpful, especially as it was a Sunday. He pointed me in the direction of a regional e-SIM rather than separate e-SIMs for the 2 countries am visiting. He then showed me how to install the e-SIM on my phone. The process was quite straight forward.
