AVOID AT ANY COST.
I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Talkmobile at all costs. This company appears to take advantage of older and vulnerable customers by selling contracts through Vodafone stores, but once the sale is done, the store takes no responsibility whatsoever.
After signing up, you are completely on your own. The Vodafone shop will not help you at all and just tells you to call Talkmobile directly. Their customer service is extremely poor — most of the time they are unavailable, and when you do get through, they are unable to resolve even basic issues.
For several months, they could not even explain why I was unable to send text messages. Imagine paying for a mobile service and not being able to use such a basic function. After raising a complaint, they decided to send a replacement SIM card, but even that was handled incompetently — it arrived without the required 20-digit activation number.
When I contacted them again, they still could not activate the SIM. As a result, I have been left for over four months without the ability to send text messages. This is completely unacceptable.
Trying to cancel the service is just as bad — it feels almost impossible to get anything done. Endless calls, no solutions, and no accountability. Even that they don’t provide the services you are paying for!
This has been an extremely frustrating and stressful experience. Poor service, poor communication, and no proper support.

Best Sim Network Ever!
Honestly this Talkmobile company is great! They even gave me a free 5gb boost to my plan permanently for how long as I wish! I recently transferred from Giffgaff as they had such ballistic prices for their plans! Honest 5/5 experience!

gift card issue
the offer showed gift card with my order. and the advertising blurb on the first page of progressing with my order said I would be able to select what type of gift card at end of my order...but nowhere during my order has it allowed me to do this.
