Reliable, on time, pleasant and good value for money overall

Extreemply rude over the phone and especialy in a moment when you need their help. No call back, total disregard of clients. It seems their too many brokan apliances and they realy do not care if they work on yours or not. Beawaere and do not even bother to contact them!

I booked a gas oven repair with Repaircare on 12th November with the first scheduled visit for 14th November. No one turned up.
They rescheduled me for 18th November — again, no engineer arrived.
They rescheduled yet again for 26th November, and unsurprisingly, no one turned up for the third time.

I am a taxi driver and have lost three working days because of this company’s constant failures. Their communication is non-existent, their reliability is appalling, and they have shown zero respect for their customers’ time.
Repaircare is the most incompetent repair company I have ever dealt with in the United Kingdom.
They have wasted my time, cost me money, and failed to provide the service I paid for.

PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Very easy to book, contacted straight away, told them the fault, repaired within 4 days of booking. Excellent service and would definitely recommend and use again.

Neff oven repair. Issue assessed on first visit and part ordered. Issue fixed on second visit. Very competent engineer who clearly knew what he was doing. Fixed price repair is reassuring and although I was a little sceptical at first it was all good.

We filled in all the information online so they should have known more or less what the problem was. Both the right hand hobs on our induction hobs weren’t working and there were error codes (which we detailed).
We waited for them to come in and the engineer took one look at it and within 30 seconds told us the fault. The fault required a part they cost more than their threshold of £250. That is fair enough but the then only give you 50% of the few back even tho they could have easily known the part required without coming in as he learnt no new information from looking at it.
I think it’s a bit of a scam. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you know that the cost of the part will be really cheap.

Update - After contacting a local trader they fixed the oven and the repair part was under £50. Not the £250+ repair care told me. They lied and stole my money.

After sending someone round, they said that the cost of the item to repair the oven was higher than a £250 limit stated in the T&C's. How was I supposed to know how expensive the item would be? They've now charged £75 for an engineer to be at my property for 5 minutes. No reputable company would opperate like this. I even offer to pay the excess for the part. The T&C's have a list of vague reasons for why they will not continue the repair - in which case you're out £75 and there is nothing you can do about it. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

Engineer arrived on time, was informative of issue and was able to fix, because he had correct part

The technician arrived on time, having texted a couple of times to let us know his progress. He diagnosed the fault in our AEG oven very quickly and, as he happened to have a spare part on board his van, carried out the repair there and then. In and out in 20 minutes. Very impressive - and £40 cheaper than AEG would have been.

Extremely low hassle, reliable, punctual, affordable.

The ease that I could book, arrange and describe my problem was a huge help for me. I felt in control and that my problem appliance would be fixed and it was. Incredibly grateful. And the guy that fixed it was great too which always helps when someone is coming into your space.
