I have never known a company like this one, I think it is run by a bunch muppets they never do what they say and I have had no landline to ring out on since December 2025 and still no phone in July and still being charged got charged twice this month one payment of £40 and now another one for £53.99 not bad for a month avoid this company at all costs. total rubbish
Don't know where to start
Don't know where to start. My 77-year-old Dad (and I) have had nothing short of a nightmare with this company. Changing the tariff without warning, not listening to my Dad on the phone, causing him untold stress. Eventually, I intervened and cancelled the contract. They wanted MORE money and then advised me that my Dad had been charged for line rental twice, and this would be sorted. It wasn't, and there was no record of our call. I have an email saying the account was closed about two months ago, and now my Dad is receiving letters asking for £81 despite being told the fee was settled. It is borderline harassment, and we are thinking of taking legal action. My Dad suffers from ill health, and this has caused him no end of stress. Shocked and Exhausted with them.

The lady was very courtious and solved 3 queries in no time. She sent a email confirming our conversation as per my request, and actioned sending out a phone connector that I had been previously promised

Excellent customer service from a Lady called Tiahh. She was most helpful and provided straightforward solutions for both of the issues that I needed assistance with.
My interactions with Tia (not certain…
My interactions with Tia (not certain on spelling) were very positive and in fact she called me back almost straight away with an additional update. She was polite, engaging and professional and was great to talk to. Unfortunately the service behind her between Premier Talk and BT Openreach (which I'm sure plenty of people dealing with resellers with and all the buck passing between them) have last my father in law without phone service for 3 weeks since an Openreach engineer visited to do the digital swap over but failed to actually test the service before leaving. And I have been chasing this to be resolved for the past 2 weeks...
