Absolute scam of a site.
Customer service is useless.
Waste of money DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Advertised a product on Wowcher as something completely different than what they sent. When I questioned them, they said I ordered the older model (G6) and I could send it back to get the one I originally thought I was getting (G8). I have the G8 and it's STILL not what they advertised.
Not only that but the product is in awful condition. I understand they're refurbished but they're so dirty and gross.

THIS IS FRAUDULENT COMPANY BOUGHT A LAPTOP FROM THEM THROUGH WOWCHER THEY SENT ME SCRAPS WITHOUT SCREWS REQUESTED IT BE REPLACED THEY DEMANDED I SEND IT BACK AT MY COST THEN I REQUESTED REFUND THEY ALSO WANT ME TO SEND IT BACK AT MY COST THATS PATHETIC DONT MESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Watch arrived in an awful condition so I sent it back within 24 hours. Almost 4 weeks later they keep passing the buck between Wowcher and renew electronics. Clearly based off these reviews, they are running a scam operation so I urge people not to buy from them. I have issued a chargeback through my bank (as luckily I paid on credit card!) and will be reporting to Trading Standards too.

Please don’t ever buy from this company they are scammers they sold me a Apple Watch 150 pound and it lasted 3 months with low battery and then died , they say it’s not water proof even though pictures of swimmer on advert and a tick with you can swim with it

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star.This company send out faulty goods.I bought Apple Watch for my grandaughter for Christmas.The battery lasted about 10 minutes.Still waiting for refund.Cant believe Wowcher even entertain this company.Do not buy from them

Apple Watch faulty, battery useless from the day received. Very scratched not condition described on Wowcher. Returned over 4 weeks ago and still waiting for my refund

AVOID!!!!!! this company are scammers.
I ordered a chrome book and it turned up with blotches on the screen and when I sent back I’ve had nothing about a refund or even a confirmation of them receiving the defective item. I sent it tracked 48 and I know they had it back just over a month ago now. On the chat on whattsapp it’s like I’m talking to a robot who asks the same question over and over for the order number ect and it repeats itself over and over even though I provided the numbers ect and then they ignor you. So far I’ve lost the money for the item and an extra £10 for the tracked delivery. Stay away from the company and Wowcher I would say as Wowcher have done nothing about the issues I’ve had with there trusted third party merchants. Absolute con artist they are. If you wanna get what you pay for or have a purchase were your protected then renew electronics and Wowcher are definitely places to avoid 100%

Dreadful company. I brought an Apple Watch and paid for speedy delivery which took 3 weeks to arrive. No charger with it and returned. Still no refund after 8 weeks. The worst thing is the lies the company tell saying they have refunded me when they haven’t. Please avoid as they just rip people off

I have been trying for almost two months to get a refund for my device that was returned before Christmas. I have reset the device, unpaired it and they have received the device but still no refund??? Bought through WOWCHER was so disappointed with service I mistook a fb group 'wowcher complaints' and was almost scammed out of £230.00 ( almost x2 the cost of device) as they claimed that they were processing my refund and offering compensation. Sent wrong colour of apple watch - sent silver instead of gold - returned watch and offered me a different colour (blue) - asked for refund - told me i was outwith the 30 days for a refund (baring in mind they sent me the wrong item and i spent weeks emailing them back and forth) - i also had to cover the postage/insurance to return the item back to them. I agreed to them sending me an apple 7 series gold watch (i had ordered a 6) - got the 7 and its all scratched around the sides not the grade quality i had agreed on originally. I have just went online and they are selling the 7 at £50 cheaper than what i originally paid. You will get nowhere with this company on trying to get a cash refund - they take no responsibility for sending the wrong colour! I've gave up arguing with them on trying to get my money back - i am stuck with a scratched series 7 apple watch that they were selling for £50 less than what i originally paid!

Ordered what was meant to be a refurbed Apple Watch via wowcher. My fault I should have done my due dilligence before ordering about who it would actually come from, but my first time with wowcher.

Neither wowcher or renew would allow me to cancel and get a refund, both just pointed me at the other party.

Watch did arrive and I seem to have a better experience than others in that it does work. There was no visible indication that there had been any refurbishment work done. The watch screen was dirty and some scratches. A good polish improved things. The battery wasn’t replaced as part of the “refurb” either and works enough for now but not sure how long it’s going to last.

Plenty of lessons learned for me but won’t use wowcher or this company again.

Would never order from this site again. 3 months later and still waiting for a refund.

Ordered an Apple Watch 7 from Wowcher (order number 51242659) which was supposed to be in good condition. Received a watch with damage all over it and a battery that held little charge and was in need of replacement/service. Sent it back to them the same day I received it by Royal Mail Tracked Post, arrived the next working day, I have proof of delivery back to them (a signature and photo for it) and yet I cannot get any response from anyone to say they have it, they will refund me etc so have opened a case with PayPal as that’s how I paid Wowcher. Just awful item and subsequent service, won’t be buying anything off them again.

If I could give a negative review I would. Appalling company. I ordered an item which when it arrived it was a completely different make and model plus it didn't even work. Been trying to obtain a refund for the past 2 months which they are refusing to do and will only send a replacement item which I dont need or require ( probably wont work when it comes) as I had to order the correct item from somewhere else as it was for a Christmas present, so not only did it cost me double, money I can ill afford to lose. Scam company take your money and run!! I have no choice but to report them to the financial ombudsman. Utterly disgraceful company!

So I bought two Apple Watches from Wowcher, the supplier of the Apple Watches was renew electronics, both watches seemed fine for a couple of months but when they started to loose battery life rather quickly I contacted Wowcher who promptly told me to contact renew electronics, I did this, they told me to return to themselves for warranty repair at my cost, after receiving both watches back they said they replaced the batteries and all is good but after several months the batteries again started to fail, I contacted them again but was told that even if they changed the watches there was no guarantee the replacement watches would be any better to I asked for them to be repaired to which they refused, I contacted Wowcher and all I got and am still getting is that it’s not their problem and keep pointing me back to renew electronics, the situation now is renew electronics contact me via WhatsApp asking for Wowcher codes for the purchase and I give them the codes then renew electronics contact go quiet for a week and then ask for the codes again and put me in a never ending que, then come back weeks later and ask for the codes again, I’ve asked Wowcher to sort this out and I want a refund but again they just throw it back to renew electronics and round and round I go, my advice is do not buy electronics from Wowcher the company they use is renew electronics and they are worse than currys, this issue has actually been ongoing since I bought them at the end of 2024

Probably the worst company going !!!
Ordered an Apple Watch now didn’t expect anything special but for £195.00 you expect it to work well it doesn’t turn on so charged it for a day and still nothing also looks like it been dragged along the ground by Toni Hawkes. Customer services don’t care and neither does the company supplying it on the website don’t bother ordering from them !

I ordered an Apple Watch Series 3 from this company via Wowcher. The product arrived and was severely damaged and not suitable at all. I returned the item literally the next day after receiving it and also paid for postage. I contacted them shortly after and they informed me they received the return on the 13th January 2026. They later said that they had issued a refund which will return to my Wowcher account and I will have to communicate with Wowcher for them to refund me to the original payment method. I have communicated with these organisation on a daily basis and approximately one week ago they said my account will be refunded in two days and still no refund. I have sent further emails and also contacted them on a number seen on trustpilot to no avail, however I left a voice message stating my issues. No one has got back to me as of yet and I'm really frustrated that an organisation can behave in such a manner. My next action will be seeking advice and reporting to trading standards if I do not get an adequate response and refund in due course.

Very poor service from start to finish.

I received an Apple Watch that was in extremely poor condition, covered in scratches and far worse than advertised. I returned the item promptly via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and delivery was confirmed, yet getting a refund was an unnecessarily long and frustrating process.

I was repeatedly given inconsistent information and assurances that the refund was being processed, none of which turned out to be true. Weeks passed with no action, and I had to chase constantly to get any response at all.

Only after persistent follow-ups did I finally receive my refund, far later than reasonable. The lack of transparency, delays, and what felt like being misled throughout the process made this a very disappointing experience.

I would not recommend based on the poor communication, delays, and overall handling of a straightforward return and refund

Are you actually taking the mick , you have again sent the same broken laptop for a 3 rd time!

Please can I take this further as it cost me 25 pound each time on two occasions to sent this back!

This is disgraceful I waited a further 3 weeks to receive it a third time and it’s the same broken one! I’m absolutely disgusted , I have sent emails countless times to the @inforenewelectronics
To complain I awaited 3 weeks to receive the exact same broken lap top they sent for a third time!
