Made an order that was delayed, customer services was really good and helpful keeping me updated throughout the delay. Then when I told them it was a birthday present and they realised that it wouldn’t be delivered in time. They upgraded the laptop to a much better model for no extra charge an dispatched it the same day. Would definitely recommend this company an would use again in the future

I ordered a iPhone 13 Pro for a family member via Temu, which is not advisable. This resulted in delays and communication issues.

However, the matter was quickly resolved when raised and the phone was received the next day.

I would suggest buying direct. The £80 discount voucher new users get on Temu made the transaction overall worthwhile, but if you are paying full price, going through Temu is a very bad idea. The messaging system doesn’t even let you connect to the seller.

I ordered an iPad Mini 6 via Wowcher, great price. And great customer service.

There was a small hiccup along the way, but this was swiftly resolved! The communication was top notch, and the iPad was better than expected as I paid for a grade B but this is mint!

Wonderful company, I bought a 32 g iPad then realized I needed a 128 gig the company were wonderful accepted the iPad back and replaced it for the 128 gig
for a small sum extra , delivery was next day, the iPad although C rated is almost like new would highly reccomend

Minor fault with my Iwatch delivered, advice was given in a timely manner to help resolve the issue. When the issue couldn’t be resolved a quick turnaround for a replacement device being sent out. 10/10 customer service!

Just bought a used Apple iPad Pro from these guys, and what a great experience. Super competitive price, next-day despatch and the iPad was in pristine condition. Even came with a brand new charging cable. Can't praise them enough.

Cannot fault this guys on anything. After purchasing a white iPhone 11 via Wowcher I wasn't too happy when a red one was delivered. I emailed them straight away and they responded almost immediately with an apology, an explanation and a chance to return the phone for a replacement. They communicated with me throughout the whole process, amazing customer service team 👍 I've since received the white iPhone and it's absolutely immaculate. One very happy customer, would highly recommend them every time

I have just purchased my 3rd ipad from Inc Tablet. Product always as described with a no hassle warranty.

As a regular Wowcher customer, I thought nothing of buying via them again.
My experience with IncTablet has been nothing short of appalling. I purchased an iPad Pro 2nd Gen from them through Wowcher, only to discover that the device is incompatible with the latest iOS updates (limited to iOS 17). This critical information was not clearly stated in the listing, leading me to believe the device would meet current software standards. Apple support ran through the checks and unfortunately it doesn’t go past iOS 17.
In today’s digital age, selling devices that are obsolete and not fit for purpose is highly misleading.

Upon requesting a return and refund, IncTablet refused to provide a prepaid return postage label. Instead, they pressured me to drop the dispute I raised with my payment provider before offering any further assistance. This behaviour amounts to blackmail and is wholly unacceptable. They insisted on framing the return as a “change of mind,” despite the issue clearly being a compatibility problem that was not disclosed at the time of purchase.

Throughout this ordeal, their customer service has been unhelpful, dismissive, and defensive. They repeatedly blamed me, the customer, for not doing “due diligence,” even though the information provided in their listing was inadequate. I have now provided photographs of the device’s condition before return to both Wowcher and my payment provider as evidence, and I am claiming back all postage costs.

This company does not take responsibility for their products or prioritise resolving customer complaints fairly. Their lack of transparency and unethical practices make them a business to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere.

EDIT to Address Merchant Response:

IncTablet has now flagged my review claiming it was defamatory and suggested I might have mistaken them for another company. Yet, they have directly replied to my feedback here, which clearly shows they recognise the validity of the complaint. If this review were about another company, why engage with it at all?

Rather than addressing the legitimate concerns I raised, they continue to shift the blame onto Wowcher for the product description and dismiss the core issue: selling an outdated device incompatible with the latest iOS updates, making it unfit for purpose in 2024. Their repeated attempts to categorise this as a “change of mind” are simply inaccurate and dismissive of the real problem.

Furthermore, flagging my honest experience as defamatory is an underhanded tactic to silence criticism rather than take accountability. Consumers deserve transparency and professionalism, neither of which I experienced here. I will be sharing my evidence with Trustpilot and my payment provider to ensure a fair resolution.

I must stress that the advert was not clear. They keep on sending a screenshot with iOS 17. But if you go on the Wowcher app, there’s lots of iPad deals. My actual voucher and redemption document did not have any reference to iOS 17. More coercion
