The responses from Remi were fabulous. Even after my purchase he provided very timely advice on the products that I had purchased for my Triumph 400x (rear shock, short side stand & rear rack).
I would definitely recommend REMMOTORCYCLES.

Ho preso il cupolino in alluminio spazzolato per la mia Guzzi V7 e devo dire che ci sta proprio bene. Il montaggio è stato perfetto, zero problemi. La finitura è bella, dà quel tocco in più all'estetica senza essere pacchiano. Consigliato!

Franchement, la qualité d'usinage est top. Ça s'ajuste nickel sur la moto. Le plus gros point fort c'est la tenue de route, rien à voir avec la fourche d'origine. On sent direct que c'est plus précis dès qu'on roule un peu. Super content.

BUYER BEWARE: no phone number on website, communication is abysmally bad, and orders do not come from the US. I ordered a $400 seat about a month ago, they told me it had shipped, and it has not. "Remi" will not answer your questions, just takes your money and ghosts you. This is scam company and should be reported as such. I wish I would've read the reviews before ordering since others have had the same experience. Fortunately, I can dispute the charge and get my money back. DO NOT order anything from this awful place.

Is ordered a custom seat for a project I'm working on and it came out great. Remi was very quick to respond despite the time difference and had an immense amount of patience with me. The finished product came out better than expected and fit like a glove despite my ignorance on some necessary specifics.

Overall a great experience and I will be ordering from them again.

I got this passenger seat for my Triumph Bobber and I love it. It's so easy to pop on and off, and it has a great slim look, not bulky like other seats.

Ho montato questo portapacchi sulla mia Scrambler 400X, sta benissimo e regge bene il peso.

Customer service attitude is a problem. Made a mistake with auto fill on my order. Caught the problem and made the changes on their web site. They had already sent the items to the wrong address. I'm in the US. contacted then with an inquiry about the shipping. Received links for me to hunt down my own package. From the links was notified items returned to sender. Had to put a stop on my CC charge to get any real cooperation. Resolved CC dispute. Had them paid. Requested a installation guide. Refused until I sent them some info THEY could of requested. No biggie. Lot's of comments to my bike here in the states. I ride a bunch of organized rides. When people compliment my bike. I send them to REM competitors. Economic sanctions to cure bad service is my method. True colors came out when customer service was requested. Stay away for sanity sake. Their installation guides for my scrambler are incorrect anyway. Probably did me a favor not sending it. Left a few savory comments to express my feelings. Hope I can do everything I can to discourage anybody from using this establishment. 400 mile round trip to recover my delivery. Keep up the bad work.

Commandé un kit single carb pour un 600 Shadow.
Montage super facile.
Le look est super beau et le moteur a démarré de suite et tourne bien mieux qu'avec les carbus d'origines.
Merci de commercialiser ce kit qui plus est à un tarif raisonnable.

I've been doing a lot of homework on ordering parts around the world, for my vintage bike. These people did the best anywhere. Went out of their way to make sure I was treated well and didn't treat me like an idiot. Eat your heart out Amazon and Ebay, you could learn a lot from theses people.
