Thanks Kieren for your help with my domain name transfer. It would have taken me hours to figure it out and you were so efficient and professional to deal with.

I spoke to Kieren who was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction.

Had a bit of a mix up setting up my domain. Contacted customer service and get a lad called Kieren. Sorted everything quick and without making a big deal out of it. Makes the process easier for both sides. How customer services should be. 5 stars

Got through on the phone in under 2 mins (Irish Line). Updated payment card, all done in a few minutes. Best customer services I've experienced in a long time.

Back in July 2022
I bought and paid for Starter SSL DV for two domains on Registers 365 for 2 years
They are quite expensive after all.

By chance the other night as I was checking my Bills on control panel I read that my renewals for those two items were due in 305 days.
I sent a ticket to Customer Care asking them to take a look at this
and in the space of 24 hrs I got this pleasant answer

"Thank you for getting in touch with us.

After having a look I found that your renewal dates were incorrect, so I have adjusted them. The new renewal date is 06/08/2024.

Have a lovely day."

Issue with domains was resolved in minutes. Great customer support over the phone without long and boring sound. Great place for purchasing domains.

I have a number of accounts with Register365. A €40+ charge appeared on my bank account. Contacted Register365 to explore what it was. Turned out it was a charge for a domain I had purchased for my now-ex and the renewal notification had been sent to my ex’s email address. Ex never actually used domain, only bought it. Used online portal to contact Register365 as the domain was not showing on my Register365 account and I therefore could not manage it. They were helpful but told me I needed to speak to someone in UK. When I phoned the UK number, the guy on the phone (who I don’t think likes his job) bluntly refused a refund, saying I had taken too long to contact them (even though I had contacted them online as soon as I spotted the charge). Tried to explain I’d contacted them via the online portal and I had no access to self-manage the domain but that didn’t matter to him. So I had no notification of the charge but was still held liable for it. I still don't have access to the domain, even though I am paying for it. Absolutely ridiculous. I managed to cancel the next renewal but no budging by Register365 on this year's charge.

I'm now moving my other domains away from Register365, to another provider who doesn’t stick so rigidly to their ‘terms’ (and they do exist!). Cost me €40 (and their claim that they 'cannot' refund is simply untrue, it's that they won't refund) but will cost Register365 €100-€200 per year. That’s just bad business!

I was having quite a lot of technical issue with my website recently. Too many teething problems for my liking. It was very frustrating. I spoke to Ben Turner earlier and he was superb.
