Spoke with Kieran Flack today about a potential add-on to existing products Register365 provide for me. Call handled well and I have all the information I need now.

After been on hold for a while I got speaking to Michael. Due to issue been my first time contacting 365 everything was with ease after that. Michael was very helpful and informed me of better deals and options. Very happy with todays service.

I have been using this service for 7 years and never had a problem. I appreciate being able to phone a landline and get through to a helpful person who always deals promptly and professionally with my queries. This kind of customer service is rare and is what keeps me coming back to Register365. Shout-out to Reece for helping me out today, great bunch of guys.

Long waiting time to reach for support. Our email was down for 3 weeks, not sure the main issue. they are least bothered and each tech person given different reason and solutions. but not worried about customers affected. another support request was raised 4 days back no response yet. really affecting the business.

As always, Register 365 customer care was fantastic. Ben A was great help with my query, both in tech support messages and over the phone. Quick response times, useful answers and effective assistance - what I usually try and fail to find in so many other companies.
