Fast user support query turnaround. Asked a question on Sunday, got an answer literally first thing Monday morning.

The young man I was speaking to (Jordan Pegg) could not have been any more helpful he listened to my inquiry and stayed on line till the issue was resolved again well done and if all your employees are as considerate as this young man your doing a wonderful job.

Warren is top class. Listened to my views and offered suggestions as to what best suits. Easy to deal with and very helpful throughout.

Had a problem where I could not renew one of my services on line via the Register 365 control panel ( Error Message).
Spoke to Roger Brent in customer services and he resolved the issue with the minimum of fuss.
Have been with Register 365 for a number of years, they look after multiple domains, hosting services, SSL's and various email services for me. Customer services are always really helpful if something needs resolving. Likewise tech support are very efficient as well.
Would have no hesitation recommending them

Steer clear of this company!!! They deleted my website and all it's content as I forgot to renew within 30 days!! Even though I've been a loyal customer for years. This is going to cost me hundreds € to get the content and website up-and-running again, but when it is, I will not be getting Register365 to host it.

Our website went down on a Friday. We tried to contact them on Saturday due to some domain issues. It was impossible to call but after 4 hours they finally responded by email to fix half of the issue. They proceeded to again not respond until Monday late afternoon to fix the other half. We lost an entire weekend of business due to their incompetence and terrible customer service. It is now Tuesday, I still have no response from yesterday and I am sitting on hold trying to call them for 40 minutes. It is very clear this company does not care about its customers.

I'd strongly suggest to never work with them, and if you already have services with them, move to another them as soon as you can

UPDATE: They finally picked up the phone, and before I had a change to respond (less than 5 seconds), they hung up.

Over a WEEK trying to get a domain registered. Support was shockingly bad.

Absolutely useless customer service. The only help I was offered was to purchase another service from them to try and sort out the problem I am having with their website builder.....

Require you to contact them to transfer a .ie domain away, very anti-competitive in their practices.

Customer service and tech support are terrible. Our website is on and off for nearly a month now. Tech support are too slow to reply. Full of promises no action. Time to change hosting provider.

Terrible customer care giving copy /paste answer on email instead straight, short explanation. Don't recommend and I'm very angry that I registered domain with them.

Very bad experience. I purchased a domain from them. After a week I find my account disabled and can no longer access my domain. I have tried several times to contact support but they are silent. I haven't received any warning emails. I request a refund

Registered a new domain online and got a follow up phone call from Will who was friendly and efficient. Friendly, reliable service that I would definitely recommend and use myself again for future projects.

price gouging, fees for everything including basic services which are provided as standard by other hosting companys. shop around.

I can not say enough good things about Will from the accounts team at Register365. I am currently creating a website for a client who has a domain with Register365 but was not really sure about the features they were paying for. Will was able to go through the entire plan with me and helped arrange a refund for my client for features they had never used. I do not usually deal with third parties but I would deal with Will anytime due to the excellent customer support he provided me with. My client is now delighted with her refund and new plan so thank you to Will and I will continue to use Register365 in the future.
