I had a brilliant conversation with Robert Matthews (in your Customer Care Team) earlier today.

Rob was so helpful and professional! 😎 He dealt with all of my varied and complicated queries with ease and absolute professionalism. Rob listened to each query very carefully, never rushed me and provided all the information I required to make an informed decision on your service offerings.

To summarise, Rob handled all my queries brilliantly! It was such a relief to talk to an expert and get everything sorted on one quick and efficient call with Rob.

Thanks again Rob & Register365. You guys always provide a great service - most especially through your amazing Customer Care Teams who deal with the Irish & UK markets 🙋‍♀️

I have been a loyal customer of register365 for more than 5 years. Due to the deterioration of customer support over the past year on top of increasing extra costs which seem to appear every time I need support I've had enough and am migrating to an alternative hosting company instead.
I'm disgusted with this rip off of a company. Avoid is my advice.
As of 2nd October I have been locked out of my domain unless I pay for the 4th time. I will be taking legal action against Register365, they cannot be allowed to get away with this abysmal behavior!
As of 7th October I still have not received the refund I was "promised" a week ago plus all my requests for transfer codes for my domains have so far been ignored on top of the fact they have not even bothered to reply to this review.
They are the types that think they can run and hide and the "problem" will just go away, it won't! Avoid if possible, not worth the effort! I will continue to post updates here in an attempt to flush them out and inspire a response. Stay tuned...
17th October - Finally a reply from Jack who got my name wrong and made a false claim that he requested information before today.
I received my refund only a couple of days ago and today I successfully transferred the first of my domains to a new hosting company.
At no point during this most distasteful experience has any representative of Register365 made any effort to resolve this issue other than finally granting me my refund and providing me with transfer codes.
Jack, please do investigate and please do respond. All the information is contained in one ridiculous thread that I have a copy of for future publication.
This after 5 years of being a loyal customer.
I'm even more disgusted today! How long later?

I've used Register365 for a good few years and have found then very good to work with. Kyle was very helpful recently with an issue that I had and sorted it out very quickly and efficiently. Excellent service.

We had an issue (of our own making) with a renewal and I spoke to Lauren who sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. Lauren was so helpful and efficient it was a really pleasant experience. I would highly recommend.
