Wir haben ein 8 Personenhaus mit 4 Sternen und Reinigung gebucht.
Kurz zusammengefasst: Es war sehr eng, sehr heruntergekommen, schimmelig, wir hatten 4 mal Handwerker da, und Novasol hat alles getan um nur mündlich mit uns zu kommunizieren um niemals schriftlich irgendwelche Ansprüche festhalten zu können.
Die waren alle sehr sehr freundlich, aber ... gebt nichts auf die Novasol Aussagen bzg. Standard, Sauberkeit, Reparaturen.

Ich hoffe das hilft hier anderen.

I wrote a review about a Saga holiday most of which was highly positive. Reevoo refused to publish it unless I removed some critical remarks about Saga's office. I emailed Reevoo to say that if I censored my review then readers would not get an accurate review. I am surprised to find that many here have had the same experience which just goes to show that reviews should always be treated with the utmost caution. Needless to say, Reevoo never got back to me. I am hoping Trustpilot will not ask me to cut my adverse comments about Reevoo before they publish this report.

Sunnyview Cottage in Pembridge is a lovely cottage and furnished to a very good standard. Very comfortable. However there are two major downsides. It has no outside space and it is advertised as dog friendly. And it's on a major A road with huge lorries and farm equipment passing through several times a day. But Pembridge is lovely and extremely historic.
Lovely village shop, coffee shop where you can get lunch and evening pizzas. However if you do take a dog avoid The New Inn. On our first night we were told in no uncertain terms by the surly landlady that they didn't allow dogs and that was before she even said hello !! But overall enjoyed our stay. Would we come again ? Probably not.

Gast .Bis dahin alles ok Außen und innen stimmte mit den Fotos überein soweit .Sauberkeit war ok bis auf einige Teller und Tassen , Topfgriffe waren alles lose so wie andere div. Gegenstände .
Das sind dinge die man mit der Zeit in den Häuser immer wieder antrifft . Schlechte Beschreibung wie man mit dem Kamin umgeht z.B Asche Entsorgung .
Und was am nervigsten war das die Klärgrube Stank und gluckerte so das man teilweise auf der Seite keine Fenster auf machen konnte weil dann auch noch die fetten Fliegen über uns hergefallen sind .
Im großen ganzen bin ich und meine Frau enttäuscht von Dänemark .

All the reviews are fake or 90% are fake on Reevoo, just look at currys pc world every other reviews sites shows how bad they are but Reevoo site has them at 5 starts, do not believe reevoo reviews..

Ferienhaus - Binderup Strand, Dänemark

Wir waren eine Woche und haben dieses Ferienhaus über Novasol gebucht. Auf den Bilder sah es toll aus.
Leider mußten wir feststellen, daß es das nicht war.

Das Haus sollte für 8 Personen sein. Allerdings reicht es gerade mal für 4 und das ist schon zu klein.

Es hatte erhebliche Mängel

Die Haustüre klemmte und ließ sich nicht bzw. nur sehr schwer abschließen. Das Außenlicht brannte nonstop Tag und Nacht, da der Bewegungsmelder kaputt war. Ein ausschalten war nicht möglich.

Die Duschkabine, Rollos, Backofentüre defekt. Liesen sich nicht schließen. Das Geschirr war verdreckt, teilweise noch mit vertrockneten Essensresten versehen vom Vorgänger. Haare im Badezimmer auf dem Boden.

Auf der Terasse standen teilweise die Nägel am Boden raus Zum Glück hat sich niemand verletzt.

Eingezäunte Terasse Fehlanzeige. Auf beiden Seiten ist sie offen.

Die Betten von den beiden Schlafzimmer gerade mal 120 cm breit. Die vom Kinderzimmer sind nur Bridgen mit gerade mal 70 cm breit und dünnen Auflagen. Für Kleinkinder gerade noch akzeptabel. Größere Kinder können nicht einmal liegen, da die Betten auch nicht mal lang genug sind.

Dazu noch alles kleine Minizimmer! keine 10 qm !!. In einem Schlafzimmer ist ein Solarium noch mit drin. Was wirklich ein Witz ist.
Keine Nachttischen, stattdessen 2 kleine Minischränke wo einer auch noch einen Boiler drin hat.
Also nur 3 nutzbar waren. Man konnte nichts hängen nur reinlegen. Breite ca. 60 cm

Die Betten waren durch gelegen, sodaß man jede Feder spürte. Dazu waren sowohl Bettdecken als auch Matratzen fleckig und einfach nur ekelig. Sahen sehr nach Urinflecken aus. Dazu noch alt und abgenutzt.

Das 3. sogenannte Schlafzimmer ist gar keins, sondern nur eine Koie mit einer dünnen durchgelegenen Auflage auf einem Brett. Ebenfalls nur 120 cm. Und keiner Türe. Wird nur mit einem Vorhang zugezogen.

Das 2. Bad ist eher ein Gästeklo mit Dusche. Sehr klein und eng.

Es war es noch sehr dreckig. Benutzte Damenbinde im Eimer im Bad. Verrotzte Taschentücher und Müll im Korb für das Holz. Das Geschirr fleckig und verdreckt und die Dunstabzugshaube war seit Jahren garantiert nicht gereinigt worden. Dicke fette Ölschicht drauf.
Auch von den Vorgängern noch jede Menge Hundehaare vorhanden. Der Whirlpool sollte man lieber nicht benutzen außer man möchte sich was einfangen.
Es war eine absolute Zumutung. Und wir sind sehr entäucht darüber. Für 750 Euro Nachsasion hat man wirlich auch ein sauberes, gepfegtes Ferienhaus erwartet.

Sicuramente ci sono case più belle della nostra e posti più interessanti.
Non posso però accettare la scortesia, le insinuazioni, le falsità. La casa è adeguatamente presentata con foto e planimetria, descritte in modo chiaro le caratteristiche architettoniche: fabbricato rurale inizio 1900, in pietra, ristrutturato, arredato con cura, molto pulito, giardini curati, riservati e non, e che abitiamo nella proprietà quindi è inevitabile vederci; questo ci consente di mantenere i giardini, fiori, e curare gli spazi. Essendo una casa pet-friendly dai nostri ospiti ci aspettiamo un briciolo di tolleranza avendo anche specificato che sono presenti due cani: uno molto anziano quasi non cammina, ed uno giovane, giocherellone, a cui i precedenti ospiti rivolgevano molte attenzioni abituandolo male.
Capisco che chi non ama gli animali mal sopporta la loro presenza ma allora suggerisco di non andare dove ce ne sono perché è dichiarato nella presentazione dall'agenzia.
Vi lamentate che la casa è buia....ma è normale è una costruzione rurale in pietra del 1900, ed è normale che abbia le finestre piccole: magari avessimo potuto ingrandirle ( il vecchio non si tocca e figuriamoci ingrandire i pertugi) ma è meno normale non aprirle mai ...forse per il caldo eccezionale ma per fortuna avevate l'aria condizionata.
Poi fate notare la mancanza di arredi dichiarati...
E invece tavolo, sedie, e ombrellone sono stati spostati nel giardino a voi dedicato esclusivamente dove da quest'anno è stata aggiunta una terrazza più comoda; nella zona piscina, il tavolo è stato sostituito con due sedie sdraio...quindi ci sono a disposizione 4lettini e due sdraio...qualcosa in più. C'è un motivo per cui abbiamo cambiato la destinazione della piazzola: nonostante il divieto globale di non mangiare nella zona piscina, spesso accade e così arrivano formiche, api, e sporco. Dico sporco perché le macchie sul tavolo, sulla pietra, del vino, le briciole, lo zucchero delle bibite, le patatine, raramente vengono rimosse. Lo sporco non fa parte degli arredi e se non rimosso celermente da pietra, resina e legno, con il sole si fissa.
Poi la nostra pseudo attenzione ai bagnanti tanto che ho un finestrone con i vetri oscurati quasi come volerci accusare di essere dei guardoni...inaccettabile.
Beh....mi spiace non aver tolto quell'unica cacca in 15 gg davanti alla finestra dei ragazzi ma pensavo che mentre dormivano, vedermi o sentirmi armeggiare davanti alla finestra, non era educato.
Vabbè, ho scritto troppo ma noi affittiamo una bella casa nella colline scarlinesi e siccome faccio in prima persona tutti i lavori e non mi risparmio, neppure nell'attenzione verso i miei ospiti, accetto volentieri le critiche quando hanno un fondo di verità e quindi sono costruttive: le altre poco. Siete stati ospiti come mi auguro di non avere mai più ; mai avrei pensato che i vostri sorrisi celavano tanto sdegno.
Dimenticavo per la polvere...forse qualche passaggio in più l'abbiamo fatto ma capita che un familiare si ammali e muoia...ma i signori non se ne sono neanche accorti.
Graxie per essere partiti senza salutare perché noi invece vi avremmo salutato con il cuore....nonostante quello che stavamo passando.

Companies pay Revoo to show positively biased reviews only. They are misleading customers into buying inferior products. Do not trust anyone using their services.

They say it is “uncensored” but then I am asked to rewrite my review due to it seeming more like a complaint . Classic! I wrote a factual review of my experience but i need to change it . Could not write this! The review company (that people use to make decisions on purchases) does not allow honest reviews. No wonder he cottage we booked was bad - all the bad reviews has been moderated out.

Das Ferienhaus PPO486 in Polen.
Es hat 4 Fernseher, aber davon nur 1 Fernseher mit deutschen Kanälen, stand in der Beschreibung anders. Die Vermieterin spricht nur per Übersetzer, Garage verschlossen und im Haus auch 3 Zimmer verschlossen, also erst überlegen, ob man das Haus bucht, sehr kahl eingerichtet

I was asked by Reevoo to write a Review on my recent holiday, which I did.
The majority of it was very poitive and complimentary, but the flight was appalling and so I marked it and commented accordingly. It was bounced back as being, "off-topic", which I read as being, "not complimentary to the Company paying their Bill".
I've rewritten it, leaving out ALL comments in relation tothe Company concerned, but that doesn't give a true picture, so I won't bother again.

I was asked to write a review by this lot after a staycation. I wrote it but was not a good review and I did put the name of the woman who owned the accommodation however Reevoo rejected it saying I had used personal info yet someone else previously left a glowing review using the ladies name exactly as I did yet theirs was published no problem. I have sent about 7 emails asking them to explain but all I’ve had is a deafening wall of silence. Needless to say won’t trust or leave a review in the future.

Reevoo. com returned my extremely complimentary review of our holiday booking through Cottages. com because it was in both English and Welsh - saying exactly the same in both languages. They have told me to submit it in English only.This was for an excellent bungalow in Cardiganshire, Wales, owned by Welsh-speakers and booked by myself and family, also all Welsh speakers, for a week spent at the National Eisteddfod of Wales in Tregaron. My rating for the bungalow was 10. This London-based company practices linguistic discrimination of the most objectionable kind. Had I been a non-fluent speaker of English no doubt they would have accepted a review in French, Croat or Chinese. I would remind the company that Welsh has equal legal validity with English in Wales and that this review is of a Welsh property

Unfair reviews
After getting cooker Currys and having major issues with customers service. A took the time to reviews. Good cooker but had major issues with customers service. But Reevoo refused to publish said was off topic? If having issues with the company after taking my money with service not doing and contacting me what promise is a issues with item and people should know.

Ich bewerte hier das Haus N 36100 von Novasol
Das Haus ist sehr sehr schön gelegen. Eine herrliche Aussicht. Jedoch habe ich Kritikpunkte
1. Das Haus ist NICHT behindertengerecht. Für 2 behinderte nicht tragbar
2. Die Bilder vom Badezimmer waren von 2 Häusern, irreführend.
3. Es gab keine Dusche, für behinderte ist der Whirlpool einfach nicht zu händigen.
4. die Schlafzimmer sind nur auf Profit aus bzw ein-gerichtet

Es ist alles zu händeln, nur sollte man Bilder und Beschreibung dementsprechend anpassen

Ansonsten eine tolle Ausstattung, wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Woche

We just spent a week at leycroft valley in Cornwall , it wasn’t our first visit but it’s sure going to be our last . Arrived on the Friday , decking dirty , went in the hot tub in the evening and the chemicals were so strong they made our eyes sting and run . Hot tub wasn’t checked the whole week we were there ( we stayed in 3 days and no one checked it ) so we only went in it the first night for a short time ( as a hot tub owner we no it should be checked at least once a day . Rubbish was not taken away unlike other years but I guess that was because there was no workers on site . The site itself just looked untidy , lodge itself was tired looking . Already booked our summer holiday for next year but definately isn’t going to be leycroft valley

After taking the trouble to fill in the Reevoo questions form (requested by Park Resorts) - it was ignored because it had negative feedback - I've searched and can not find any trace of it. The Holiday Park website links to some Reevoo reviews but how selective are they?

I wrote a review of Wyndham Cottage Ullock (Cottages.com) The first photo on the cottage website shows an attractive drive which looks as if it is the exterior of the cottage. . This is the owners’ drive and not connected to the property we rented for a week’s holiday. Ie - it is fraudulent. The actual exterior was ugly. I put the property’s good points in the review too. The review has not been published on the cottage website - the reviews are all glowing- and the fraudulent photo is still there even though Cottages.con said they would have it removed.
