I will never read or write any future review involving Reevoo.
I recently wrote a comprehensive and honest review regarding a short break at a Parkdean resort. This included a couple of criticisms. after reading the published review, I was disappointed find that my offering was rewritten, and edited to two lines, with no criticism mentioned.
Reevoo claim that published reviews are customer/user generated, are untrue, and cannot be relied upon.

We had a terrible holiday experience at Christmas 2022. The cottage we rented was full of flies and, when we complained, the owner kicked us out with no notice (on Christmas Eve!).

Since then Reevoo has not posted our negative review. We have amended it as per their instructions - but still, over 3 months after this terrible experience, they've not posted our review.

Despite repeated phone calls and emails, nobody at Reevoo is responding to us now. Some of the rules they supposedly enforce have been broken by other reviewers (for example including names in the review). There does seem to be something untoward going on here - if you can't post a review of a negative experience then it's just an advert isn't it??

The Vinery is highly recommended,it is in a good location,very quiet, and not far from The Church House Inn, also recommended. We were made very welcome by Elena and Hugh. We had everything we needed. There are plenty of places to visit including pleasant walks. The quietness is only disturbed by the occasional horse passing The Vinery. The hosts were always there to help if needed but never intrusive.

No comment revoo has no right of reply - ridiculous and open to abuse for vindictive reasons

I have been using Reevoo for several months now, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with the platform. Reevoo provides a transparent and trustworthy source of customer reviews and ratings for a wide range of products and services, making it easier for consumers like myself to make informed purchase decisions. This is a dishonest company. Do not believe the reviews as I tried to leave a review about them and it’s impossible as I wanted to complain about dreamland. Definitely do not believe any of their reviews as it’s impossible to actually leave a review so I don’t know who does they must be paid for their cheats and avoid dreamland as I bought a heated blanket and it’s absolutely useless impossible to leave a bad review

Buongiorno, scrivo recensione per accaduto con ditta Kenwood. Nel luglio 2022 ho acquistato per un regalo di laurea, come da richiesta, planetaria Kenwood e con essa mi è stata consegnata promozione per acquisto entro febbraio 2023 di accessorio desiderato con sconto di €100. In data gennaio 2023 la proprietaria della planetaria ha usufruito della promozione per acquistare accessorio per ravioli e Sfogliatrice MAX94.A0ME del valore di € 264 pagato €164(non poco). Il prodotto arrivato tramite corriere era talmente danneggiato da non permetterne l'utilizzo e gli addetti alla richiesta di sostituzione, fin dalla prima telefonata(il giorno dopo la consegna) si sono rivelati incompetenti.
Sto ancora aspettando per la sostituzione che sembra impossibile!!! Perchè????

Terrible, unreliable reviews.

So unrealistic. Every company with terrible rating, looks amazing under reevoo. Don't trust it. Looking at the discrepancy for DHL. What a joke

Reevoo picks and chooses which reviews to publish. The company you're reviewing pays Reevoo. Not too surprisingly, they are all wonderful! Completely pointless for customers.

Revoo run a price comparison site without prices. Cheap trick for click bate.

What a joke a paid for business boost under false pretences for companies that need a review kick. Basically if you are a crap company then Reeva will try and hide it.

Stayed in a cottage in the Lake District at a place called bluebell cottage in grasmere, put a complaint in to the agency ( Cumbrian properties) which have still not complied with their own policies and procedures about complaints, I believe they think will will forget it, but we will not!! We provided evidence of photos of the issues raised after the first day we stayed. I completed a honest and genuine review on the reevoo feedback page, which did not get published and is still not there. The reevoo websites states they are “ independent, impartial and trustworthy” this is complete nonsense. Clearly.

Stayed in a vacation home in Denmark for 4 days in October 2022. After coming home, received an email from reevoo, asking for a review of the stay.
Wrote a decent - and honest! - review of the house. It was 90% positive.
Got a reply back from reevoo that my review could not be published because I had commented on Novasol (the agency through which we rented the house). Review is only supposed to be about the house.
I could for the life of me not find the part about Novasol, but tried to remove a (critical) comment about cleaning, because I thought that might be the responsibility of the agency ..... and then resubmitted the review.
Since then I've heard nothing and the review hasn't been published on the vacation home's page.
Contacted Novasol to hear if they could help:
- "We have nothing to do with reevoo. Sorry!"
- "But their reviews are published on your homepage and they can only have gotten my email address from my booking with you. How can you say you have nothing to with them?"
- "Sorry sir, we can't help you".

Reviews my a## !!

That company has fake reviews. Do not trust reviews and be sure to check reviews on another site. A useless company.

Ho acquisto sul sito Ufficiale Samsung la Cover con l'anello per il Samsung Flip Z4 e dopo meno di 2 mesi dalla messa in opera uno dei due lacci in gomma si è tagliato di netto dal supporto, incollare plastica e gomma non è la migliore soluzione. Di seguito il codice dell'articolo Samsung EF-OF721CTEGWW. Inoltre essendo plastica bisogna fare attenzione che scivola facilmente, necessita di un disegno o gommini alle estremità per una presa più sicura.

Ho acquistato un frigorifero Samsung e grazie al servizio assistenza ufficiale di Samsung Italia ho risolto il problema della sostituzione in garanzia della maniglia. Un ringraziamento particolare ad Andrea che con cortesia e professionalità mi ha supportato e seguito fino alla fine.

Review asks verified consumers to review products shortly after purchase. It is possible to submit a review at a later stage, but this requires a greater level of consumer proactivity, sending emails and proof of purchase etc. This means that issues that develop with a product after a period of use are more likely to be missed. This is true of our washing machine which receives positive feedback on Reevoo, but has design flaws that mean it will fail in a much shorter timescale than competitor products.

its a scam review site that only lists positive reviews for a bung. They are fake reviews.

Ich fahre seit meiner Kindheit nach Dänemark, doch dieses Haus ist das schlechteste, das ich je hatte. Möbel abgenutzt und durchgesessen, Betten durchgelegen und Matratzen fleckig, überall Flecken an Wänden und Teppichen, Reinigung gleich null. Ich musste erst selber putzen, um mich halbwegs wohl zu fühlen. Defekte und dunkle Lampen, Schimmel im Bad, Eingang durch Spinnen und ungepflegte Hecken kaum zu erreichen, Hundehaufen auf der Terrasse. Das Haus und der Garten wirken einfach ungepflegt und es bedarf hier dringend Nachholbedarf. Schade, hier wäre viel Potenzial, wenn Novasol sich kümmern würde. Habe schon für weniger Geld in viel besseren Häusern gesessen und werde dieses Haus nicht weiter empfehlen oder erneut buchen. Einzig die Lage ist Klasse. Das war es dann aber auch schon. Schade Novasol.. Bilder täuschen beim buchen und für so ein Haus in dem Zustand ist der Preis definitiv zu hoch
