I was lucky enough to find the car of my dreams at Redline. Ollie was our salesman and so much more. From the moment we walked in we were treated exactly the way a customer should be. Ben was brilliant. He was so knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I live nearly 200 miles from Redline so needed to be able to trust the info I was being told about the car as I couldn't get to see it before I bought it in person.

Ben was really responsive throughout the purchase process and always kept me up to date.

However, when we arrived this morning, Ben was even more helpful in person! He was super fast at making sure the car was ready and looked incredible. On top of that he went above and beyond to ensure the car was perfect and the service he provided was outstanding.

Staff are approachable and down to earth, nice relaxed atmosphere in the showroom even though you’re surrounded by beautiful supercars!
The whole transaction felt easy and laid back. Best car buying experience ever! Enquired at 5.55pm on a Friday, immediate response with photos, spec, part ex price agreed and deposit taken by 6pm! Chris was incredibly helpful, polite and made the whole process totally enjoyable. Definitely my preferred place to buy cars from now on.

Great experience from start to finish at Redline Specialist Cars. Dealt with Ben Brook who answered all my questions by phone or email and more or less did the deal over the phone without me physically seeing the car.

All the staff we spoke to were very friendly and made us feel welcome in the showroom, which is like car heaven. The collection of vehicles they have is amazing, take your time and walk around.

Also a nice touch from Ben to text next day to ask how our 4hr drive home was.

Unbelievable experience with Chris from start to finish. Communication was phenomenal, very prompt, very friendly and welcoming, and very reassuring. Looked after in all aspects extremely well. Absolutely zero complaints. One of the best customer service I've experienced with any company in my life.

The car I purchased is absolutely perfect and as described/shown, can't be faulted in any way, shape or form. The process from start to finish in terms of the documentation etc is second to none and very very smooth.

I travelled from Taunton Somerset to buy a Mercedes e53. Everything went very well and easy with Ben Brook (called old Ben) who was my seller and accompany me to organise the deal. Very receptive and efficient to answer my questions. The car was well prepared for the collect. As a French person, it was my first big deal in the uk and I’m very satisfied.
