I wouldn’t normally write a review or complain but in this case I thought I had to warn people of this absolute scam of a company and hopefully turn people away from wasting their money. In summary their communication is terrible and will do anything to get out of paying a claim. My experience is below.
My Land Rover Discovery broke down on 23/04/26, I emailed the address ending in .co.uk as outlined in their welcome email when the policy was activated of which I still have the email as proof. This was the first issue, I received and auto reply saying they would be in contact within 48 hours, then nothing. So on the 27/04/26 I rang the number to be informed it’s .com. They also confirmed on this phone call it could go to any VAT registered garage and I have the highest level of cover, they only thing not covered are serviceable items i.e. brakes, discs, tyres.
1 week after the car broke down 30/04/26 I had provided they invoice stating the issue was the fuel pump they then came back and asked for:
1. Service history
2. MOT
3. Insurance
4. Purchase invoice
5. Diagnostic report with the cause of failure
On 05/05/26 to be told “After reviewing your claim and the diagnostic report, we have determined that the cause of failure is related to the fuel pump driver module. Unfortunately, this component is not covered under your warranty agreement, so we are unable to approve the repairs.”
The vehicle has done 67k miles and this part should last up to 100k-150k miles. A fuel pump module is not a part that is covered on a services nor does it commonly need replacing like brakes and tyres, this is an electro-mechanical failure and should be covered under warranty.
I am still awaiting a reply on 17/05/26 of how to follow up with complaints procedure and still being ignored.
Avoid this company at all costs.

My experience with Love Warranty has been extremely disappointing. After my car kept going into limp mode, I got it checked, and the timing chain issue was fixed. I shared the invoice with them, but they kept asking for more details—when I last serviced the car, MOT expiry, insurance info—everything I provided. After all this, they just asked for a formal report, which I sent as well. Still, I received no response from them, and the issue remains in my car. This has been a terrible experience, and I would not recommend them

Can’t fault them , Caiden is amazing and he works hard to ensure you claim is handled correctly and quickly , they agreed the work in hours and the car was booked in at the garage we chose ( as to be VAT reg) once work was carried out we chose to pay the garage first and then claim back using the invoice , the invoice was paid the same day and money was in my account, no delays , I definitely highly recommend this company and will continue to use and extend my warranty with them

Have been trying for 4 days now to contact Love Warranty due to issues with my car. 7 messages left, 3 online chats and 2 emails and nothing. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Poor communication
Poor communication. Trying to sort a warranty claim, no one answers the phone and ignores emails or takes days to come back to you when the car is in the garage awaiting work carried out. Shambles!

Every time I contact them for an update I get the standard "It's with the claims department" even though the email reply comes from a person in the "Claims" department !

It was abit of a slow process to begin with but once they agreed to the work that needed to be done with my car it was very fast smooth and effective!!! Once I invoiced the bill they paid me back within 3hrs so I cant complain and overall im very happy how this was sorted

Love Warranty have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish. I own an Aston Martin Vantage and recently had an issue that could easily have turned into a very stressful and expensive problem, but Love Warranty handled everything smoothly and professionally.
The claim process was incredibly simple and straightforward. From the moment the fault appeared, getting in touch, submitting the details, and getting approval for the work felt quick and hassle‑free. Communication was clear at every step, so there was never any doubt about what was covered or what would happen next.
What really stood out was how they took the stress out of the situation. They worked directly with the repairer, kept me updated, and made sure the car was back on the road as soon as possible, which gave real peace of mind given the value and complexity of an Aston Martin. Their team was friendly, responsive, and clearly understood the importance of good service for performance car owners.
Overall, it was genuinely a five‑star experience and I would definitely recommend Love Warranty to anyone looking for reliable, customer‑focused cover for their car.

I normally never write reviews, but my experience with Love Warranty has been so disappointing, stressful and unfair that I feel obligated to warn other customers. Itook out a warranty policy before my vehicle even reached the mileage limit, specifically to protect myself from unexpected mechanical faults. I thought I was doing the right thing by paying for peace of mind. Unfortunately, when I needed the warranty the most, Love Warranty did not deliver the service I expected.
My Range Rover developed an alternator issue, so I made a claim. What followed was over three weeks of waiting, constant delays, unclear communication, and being left without my vehicle while Love Warranty arranged their engineer. This alone caused huge inconvenience for me and my family and genuinely affected me mentally. During this entire period, I was just waiting with no proper update.
Eventually, their engineer inspected the car and confirmed that the alternator was defective and not working. Despite this, Love Warranty still rejected the claim by saying it was due to “wear and tear.” Anyone who understands cars knows that every mechanical part shows some wear — this does NOT automatically mean it should be excluded under a warranty. The alternator failed. It broke. That is exactly what a warranty is supposed to cover. To make matters worse, they used the mileage limit as a reason to decline the claim, even though my policy was purchased BEFORE the vehicle exceeded 95,000 miles. It feels like they moved the goalposts after taking my money. This is extremely unfair and goes against reasonable customer expectations, especially when a policy is sold based on protection and peace of mind.Reading other reviews, I now realise many customers have had similar issues — long delays, inspections that don’t match the final decision, and claims being declined for reasons that feel more like excuses than genuine assessments.
What should have been a straightforward claim turned into weeks of stress, inconvenience, lack of communication, and a final decision that I strongly believe is unfair and not in line with FCA Treating Customers Fairly obligations.
I am now in the process of escalating this and requesting a manager review. If you are thinking about taking out a policy with Love Warranty, please be extremely careful. Based on my experience, the cover sounds reassuring when you buy it, but when you actually need support, you may find the process slow, stressful, and ultimately disappointing. I genuinely hope they review their processes and start treating customers with fairness, transparency and respect — because at the moment, my experience has been the complete opposite.
