I bought a car from Drivehub and worked…

I bought a car from Drivehub and worked with James and Peter throughout. Both were professional, approachable, and always available whenever I needed assistance.
When a warranty issue came up, they took care of everything efficiently and made sure I was provided with a courtesy car so I stayed mobile the whole time. Outstanding customer care from start to finish—huge thanks to James and Peter for looking after me!

Messers

Messers. Bid on my car via motorway then vanished and wouldn’t reply to my calls, emails or motorways calls and emails. Got cold feet I guess. Waisted my time.

Great Buying Experience

Simply a very good garage and a great buying experience. Very straightforward process with staff who were both professional and personable. Reasonably priced high quality cars with very competitive trade in. The Mercedes that I bought was exactly as described and beautifully presented which made the process all the more pleasant. I drive up to their Leeds showroom two hours from Leicester and would have no hesitation in doing so again in the future. Thoroughly recommend this dealership

The show room was very clean and tidy, all the cars there were excellent and a good selection of different makes and models.
All the staff were friendly and Peter went above and beyond to ensure I was fully aware of all my options for me to purchase the car that I wanted.

Great service and a refreshing dealer experience

The staff were all very engaging and…

The staff were all very engaging and extremely helpful, especially Peter Cox who explained everything in a very easy and relaxing and some times humorous manner. He is definitely a credit to the company. The transaction, due to a bank issue was not straightforward but Peter took it in his stride and sorted all the details in a very easy comfortable manner.
Other staff were very hospitable and engaging , James and Aziz to mention two.
We have already mentioned/ recommended the company to others and will continue to do so.
Well Done!!!!!
