My package came in fast, but it wasn’t compatible with my earbuds, besides that everything went well.

I was skeptical at first because I never heard of this company but I needed a right earpod replacement and placed an order.
I also grabbed a cleaning kit
I received tracking the next day and received my order within 3 days.

Product is legitimate Apple product and works with my AirPod and the cleaning kit is the best kit I have tried and really cleans the gunk out.

I purchased a single AirPod after losing one and initially thought it was the wrong generation because I received an error message while pairing it. Since it was a costly purchase, I contacted customer service about an exchange.

They were very responsive, patient, and reassuring. They asked for the model number of my other AirPod, confirmed it was a match, and explained that it just needed a full charge. After charging it as suggested, the error message disappeared and the AirPod paired perfectly.

GIRLLL!! This is like my first purchase everrrr from recell exchange, and it’s amazinggggggg. Let’s just say I accidentally got one of my AirPods damaged by water, so I searched up “good AirPods replacement shops” and one of them was recell exchange. I was a little skeptical at first (i saw the photo reviews and ordered right after) and everything was genuine and REAL. My brother-in-law told me about RECELL a few weeks ago after I had mentioned that my right AirPod Pro stopped working on my first gen’s. He told me that he replaced one of his air pods and his case with RECELL with out an issue. I just got my replacement in today and it paired perfectly and sounds like it should.

My AirPods Pro 2 replacement was delivered before the estimated time. It only had a few scratches that’s not visible from far. It was easy to setup. It’s worth the money.
