I lost my earbuds case on an airplane, and originally was very upset because I thought I would have to buy a new pair or settle for some knock-off brand off of Amazon. Luckily, I was able to buy an authentic replacement case off this site for a reasonable price, and so far it works perfectly! Definitely would buy from them again.

Bought a left AirPod pro replacement, and went to pair it and wasn’t working, called there support and helped me through all the troubleshooting steps and found that they weren't working. They sent out a replacement free of charge to fix the issue and I connected replacement just fine and it works like new. Would 1000% recommend!

Great customer service when I needed it.

I originally bought a right Apple earbud because I had lost my right one. Unfortunately, when the new right earbud arrived, it didn’t work (it wouldn’t charge/connect and was basically unusable). I was really disappointed and went in planning to return it.

At the return process, the website suggested an alternative: a tested open-box/used replacement (a unit that had been returned before and already checked/charged). I decided to try that option, and it turned out to be a great solution—the replacement worked right away.

The return process for the first one was also easy. They gave me a return barcode, and when I took it to ship, they printed the label for me—I didn’t have to pay anything for the label or printing. The only small inconvenience was that I had to find a box to pack the earbud for shipping.

In the end, I was able to replace my missing earbud for around $50, and everything is working perfectly now. Overall, I’m happy with the outcome and the help I received.

After some worrying about tracking details from USPS my package arrived. Usps told me my package was delivered 3 days early. It arrived and I tested the airpod and it works perfectly fine like its brand new.

After losing an AirPod recently, I really didn’t want to overpay reordering from Apple. RECELL Exchange was easy to navigate and confirm model, and the price couldn’t be beat. Speedy delivery of an Airpods Pro (2nd gen) order at a great price. Furthermore, when there was a very minor issue with the Find My tracking not working they helped troubleshoot the problem, and even offered a discounted exchange or a substantial refund when we determined the problem would require a replacement. I was happy to keep the original product with the refund and commend the excellent customer service that helped solve my inquiry without any hassle!

Great earbud, in great condition, easy to connect. Great directions.

I bought a replacement Galacy Live Bud, it works great. I did have trouble with syncing it to my old bud, but the instructions that came with the new left replacement bud told me to use the Wearable app, and the Wearable app told me it's all managed through settings on my phone. After a couple tries of charging both buds in the case and opening then holding them both down until the case light flashed they synced and then worked great.

I was really pleased with the speedy shipping, the price was very reasonable & the quality of the product is awesome! This is one of those companies/ services out there that you hope exists- and it indeed does. I was really pleased with everything! I will recommend to friends.

Very great shipping but (I don’t know if it was there fault) the connectivity of my old AirPods into the new case is “iffy” at times. But still good!
