I purchased a single AirPod after losing one and initially thought it was the wrong generation because I received an error message while pairing it. Since it was a costly purchase, I contacted customer service about an exchange.

They were very responsive, patient, and reassuring. They asked for the model number of my other AirPod, confirmed it was a match, and explained that it just needed a full charge. After charging it as suggested, the error message disappeared and the AirPod paired perfectly.

Great product and excellent customer service. They genuinely cared, followed up, and made sure everything worked properly. I would definitely recommend them
