Very disappointed T.shirt material not very good quality for the cost, had to return where a further £6.99 was deducted, so not only paying for returns also £2.99 admin fee!! Definitely won’t be purchasing again.

Ordered some trousers on the launch day , unfortunately received the wrong size and knew they’d sold out immediately so wouldn’t be able to get correct size.

Tried to sort out the return on the website but no easy way to do this and get a return paid for postage label. I messaged Reasn on social media and filled out the online form. This was on a Thursday and it said customer services would reply within 24 hrs. Eventually got a reply on the following Monday night asking for pictures of the wrong item. Immediately sent these back, by the Wed still had not heard any more. Was going away on hols for 2 weeks that weekend so wanted to get sorted before I ran out of time to do the return. Had to chase again. Eventually Corinne got involved & sorted out the return postage label and refund for me and was very helpful.

It was just a lot of hassle and chasing initially for something that was Reasn’s error. It has put me off a bit shopping there again

Had an issue with the quality of the tracksuit I ordered so I emailed the customer service with some photos. Corinne responded promptly and was amazing! Really helpful.. thank you Corinne!

Absolutely love this brand! Yesterday they launched their spring collection and I was signed up for early access. Looked for a particular item and couldn’t see it. Think there were a lot of people on the website so when using the search function results weren’t loading properly.

I messaged the company on instagram and Corine replied! First of all can we just take a moment to take in that a company the size of Reasn actually has someone monitoring messages and replying to them, and not only that they’re replying to them within hours and you’re not being left days waiting to see if someone sees the message or not.

Corine was so helpful she sent me the link for the item I wanted to buy. Managed to order everything I wanted in the early access before general sale.

I have made several orders with Reasn and I'm part of there rewards program. I absolutely can not fault them. Everything has been perfect and the items I have returned have been down to personal choice not because anything was wrong with them. I used the credit back to Reasn account but was struggling to find the funds on my account. A quick message via Instagram and Corinne was super quick to respond and resolve the issue for me. Very impressed with the response time and she was lovely.

I order a top from Reasn but I received a jacket instead.

I contacted Reasn and Corinne come back to me in 24 hours and arranged a free return for the incorrect item and the correct item sent on next day delivery.

The inclusive sizing,quality of the products-definitely worth the money.
Customer service until this occasion had always been good
However,last week I ordered a matching hoodie and tracksuit bottoms.
They arrived quickly snd I opened them the next day-only to find only the hoodie in the parcel.
So I emailed them several times. Eventually someone replied and asked for my delivery address and they would get back to me
Except they didn’t.
I also tried to DM on Instagram and got the same sort of message-they still haven’t got back to me.

I’ve bought several items from them in the past and would have bought from them again but probably not again.
They seem to have expanded and often have new items being released
I wouldn’t buy again unless they actually sort this out

I’ve been a fan of Reasn for many months and have purchased from them several times as I really believe in the ethos and the innovative designs and absolute value for money. Great service great delivery great price!

On my last order, I had a slight issue. I emailed them immediately and it was resolved than 24 hours really cannot recommend a particular agent I dealt with called Corrine. She was so helpful.

First time ordering and I did have to return my order as wasn't sure on sizing, couple items to big and the other had a hole in the leggings, I selected the option to have the money credited to my account.. I then wanted to make use of the 20% they had on the website at the time so placed another order without waiting...i emailed customer service to ask about changing the refund to my account instead on this occasion and the lovely Corinne helped and sorted this issue for me. would recommend this brand 😊

Couldn't recommend this brand enough! I've purchased so many items from this brand, leggings, hoodies, tops, and they've all been incredible quality. I had a slight issue with stitching in a pair of my leggings, but I messaged Customer Services and Corinne was quick to get it all resolved for me!

I would not order from Reasn again - I ordered a tracksuit, unfortunately it was too long I have returned and my refund has still not been processed via Klarna. I have emailed their customer service team x3 times and no response - very disappointed

I have to say reasn clothing has changed my life. I’m more confident and outgoing wearing the brand because it is so flattering, no matter your body shape! Everything about the company from top to bottom has been thought out well and executed with perfection! Looking forward to many more purchases!
