Very professional throughout. I would thoroughly recommend RBHM to anyone thinking of getting any boiler/plumbing job done.

We had our old back boiler removed from the fireplace in the living room and a new boiler installed in the kitchen. We were most impressed with Mark and Toby who did the installation. They made an excellent job with a lot less intrusion than we expected. We would definitely recommend this company.

The initial installation was a bit of a disappointment but it was resolved effectively in the end.

Over the last couple of months we have had continual problems with the heating not coming up to temperature and the boiler failing to switch on as scheduled.

So far they’ve made 7 visits and only managed to make temporary fixes.

On the 7th April we woke up to no heating or hot water. Nobody was initially answering the phones or replying to emails after calling them at the opening time they stated on the web site.

We eventually managed to contact them and they promised to send somebody around on the afternoon of the 7th April. They never arrived. An engineer eventually turned up later that week and again made a repair that didn’t last longer than 24hrs.

They then passed the issue over to Viessmann the boilers manufacturer. They seem to be more responsive and interested in making a repair.

With a current maintenance contract and the system supposedly under warranty I would have expected better service from RBHM, but this does not seem to be the case.

RBHM seem to have little interest in upholding their obligations under consumer protection as the supplier of the system.

RBHM are happy to take your money but are unable to repair the system.

The whole experience was excellent from start to finish, and all for a really good price. The quote was quick with excellent attention to detail especially with respect to required gas pressure etc. Shane and Ryan did an excellent job on the installation; good workmanship throughout and all done in a day with no problems. I would recommend RBHM wholeheartedly; and what's more they have a proper office where you can go and talk to someone and get your questions answered. A rarity nowadays!

I had a new boiler and radiator thermostats fitted by Henry and Ben- very good tradesmen, efficient and polite. Thankyou for explaining the new system.

I had a Viessmann boiler installed at the beginning of August 2022. It was carried out over one day by 2 engineers one of whom only stayed for a couple of hours installing most of the new gas pipe run from the meter in the garage. The majority of the work including the boiler installation was done by another engineer which was the worst botch-job of any kind I have ever witnessed.

Firstly he decided to drill a new condensation outlet through the wall despite the boiler being sited in the exact spot where the previous boiler was located and a condensation outlet already exist. When I queried why he done this there was no plausible explanation provided. The new condensation outlet was not only going through a new hole in the wall into a highly precious, healthy wall climber on the other side, it was also running atop the worktop for nearly a metre. The only reason I can gather as to why this was done was to make it an easier installation, irrespective of the outcome for the customer.

Secondly he decided to mount the new gas pipe against my kitchen wall units instead of against the wall. This is almost certainly the stupidest thing I could ever imagine anyone doing, given that there is clearly space next to the wall units to mount the gas pipe. I am not sure whether this was just bad planning and he failed to install the gas pipe before fixing the boiler in position but to secure a gas pipe against a non-permanent kitchen unit must the the apex of incompetence. Not only does this causes future issues when the kitchen units are replaced, it has also resulted in numerous large screw holes piercing the units along the side of the unit, which he attempted to "dremelled off" leaving numerous burn marks along the interior. He moved the gas pipe to the wall after I pointed this out but unfortunately the damages have already been done.

Thirdly, to avoid running the new gas pipe run along the wall requiring 3 separate 90 degree bends, he opted to used 1 bend to by-pass this. This leaves a section of approx. 1m of gas pipe dangling unsecured against the wall. This is despite there being roof beams which this pipe can clearly be secured against. Having any unsecured gas pipe dangling from the ceiling is not desirable at the best of times, let alone in a garage where tall, long items are often stored and moved about leading to risk of accidental damage. When I pointed this out he added an extra bracket to mitigate the flexing of the dangling pipework but this is still far from ideal.

It is unfortunate that my experience has been so marred by this atrocious service. I had chosen RBHM because they came up near the top of online searches especially for the installation of Viessmann boilers - which through my research was considered the best. The service from RBHM, however, was the very opposite of what can be considered competence or professional. I did raise these issues with RBHM Management but they were not particularly interested - I guess they have got their fee and can wash their hands. This behaviour is very much akin to a cowboy outfit in my opinion. Fortunately Viessmann does provide top-notch after-sales services so I do not need to call on RBHM ever again.

I thought long an hard about leaving a review but I feel that this atrocious level of services needs to be flagged. Hopefully others will take a more considered and informed decision should they choose to call on their service.

Damian the RBHM engineer sorted out a problem with our boilers condenser pipe and also completed an annual service. He was extremely helpful and thorough and I would definitely recommend him and RBHM.

Arrived home in the evening after meeting friends, to find that a water pipe had burst in the garage and drenched everything. As I have a maintenance contract with RBHM, I contacted them via their e-mail out of hours service. After a couple of e-mail exchanges, including photos of the incident, RBHM arranged a visit for the next morning. Ryan arrived and repaired the pipe. He was cheerful and efficient, ensuring that all was working when he left. Recommend RBHM as a service provider.

Damion worked really hard on a Saturday in making sure the boiler installation was done on time and that my tenant had heating and hot water by the end of day. He was courteous, tidy and friendly.

A fantastic service from start to finish on a Sunday call out. Damion phoned to say he would be arriving at 12:30 and arrived at exactly 12:30. After explaining the issues we had Damion got straight on with the job, he was very polite, courteous and professional throughout. We would highly recommend RBHM and in particular Damian. A very big thank you.

I had Damian come and service my boiler today, he was very informative and extremely professional. Amazing customer service and answered any questions I had, no matter how small. Completely put me at ease and was very efficient. He worked very hard and I am very very happy with the work he performed.

We purchased a new boiler from RBHM, who were efficient and good to deal with. Richard, the engineer who did the survey, was knowledgeable and informative. Damian and Ben, who arrived early on the installation date, worked hard and to get the work done, and were cheerful and diligent, Damian cleaned up at conclusion of the work and left the house clean and tidy. Would recommend to other potential clients.

Very Professional organisation. All contact and communication from start to end has been informative and clear. Highly competitive quote :) . Had a boiler and hot water cylinder relocated to the garage. Engineers Mark and Joe were a pleasure to have around. Thanks to their friendly, happy and highly skilled workmanship we have an excellent end result. I'm biased , but for me this is a work of art to be admired. had some issues with my Nests after install, Damian arrived on a Sunday promptly at 0900hrs in the pouring rain, and worked his hardest to fix it, finally at midday he was all done after working through all the system, finding old wiring from a long time back which was creating problems. He reset all the nests, re did the wiring and ran the system up to get it all working perfectly. A brilliant service and great work by him. Very Happy a brilliant guy. Thanks very much

Had a new Viessman Boiler fitted on 4th October. Shane and Mark did a great job onsite. Arrived promptly. Very neat and tidy install immaculate pipe work. Still have some finishing to do fitting thermostats but very happy with their work.

Just had a boiler change by RBHM.
Initial survey visit was on time and very professional.
The boiler change was carried out by-gas/ heating engineer
Henry Pullinger, He turned up on time, very politely introduced himself and worked non stop. His workmanship is very high standard and methodical. There was no disruption to the house and cleaned up all waste and materials. I would definitely recommend RBHM.
Henry is the ideal guy to trust to carry out plumbing works and is an asset and good ambassador for RBHM. Well done Henry and thank you very much.
