RBHM installed my boiler five years ago and I continue to use them to have it serviced. The engineer always telephones just before he arrives. Everything is clean and tidy when he leaves. I've not had any problems with RBHM and highly recommend them. Thankyou for looking after my boiler.

The fitters were punctual , polite and neat

The service engineer was on time as normal he knew where the boiler was located as the same guy had been many times before, he was very thorough and when he was finished he informed us all was in order and the service paperwork would be sent by email, to which it was written 48 hrs.

Had new boiler supplied and installed along with new radiators. All old install including water tanks were removed and taken away so we had no hassle with rubbish disposal. Very good service. Great community and support from the office team and field engineers. Very polite, professional and on time! Highly recommended!

I have a service agreement with the company and ever year my boiler is serviced promptly and thoroughly. This year Stuart kindly also tighten a joint that was leaking and later sent me check list of components that were serviced.

On time, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable - what more could I ask. All our dealings with RBHM from initial contact, boiler installation and followup have been of a high quality - highly recommended

We had a British Gas boiler which had faults from the start and it must have broken down 20 times in the 8 years… the service from beginning was diabolical.
We had to change the boiler much sooner than we thought and the price was RBHM was much cheaper than our previous awful one. Great service so far, can’t fault them. Boiler was great all through winter!

Highly recommend this company for their professional service from start to finish. Thank you to Matt for his time and trouble to reply to calls and emails promptly in answer to my queries and for completing the job efficiently. Both the engineer Henry and Luke worked hard and efficiently. They were polite, clean and tidy.

I have given them a deserved five stars because:

Their pricing/estimation was accurate & competitive, they were also tolerant of the year it took me to raise the funds and clear the management company hurdles. No extras, hidden costs or arm twisting for more cash.

The two gas engineers, Henry and Toby arrived exactly when they said they would, were extremely courteous, were not just incredibly hard working, but fast and also accurate.

The old boiler was decommissioned, my new boiler was moved and installed within a day. The job overran and they stayed on til half past seven to ensure that when I left I had a working boiler and hot water (note - they also tidied up before leaving). My new boiler needed flued up through the roof of my property - a roofer turned up, worked with them for an hour and the work was done - no leaks, no dramas, I could not fault the work.

The second day was Toby alone finishing up and sorting through some extra work I wanted done.
Again, he was finished very quickly with nothing left outstanding.

That lot is worth four stars - the fifth star? - He left the site as clean as he physically could, taking time to clean throughly, no water marks on the carpets anywhere.
