Non avendo mai avuto una bici elettrica non sapevamo come fare un acquisto, abbiamo iniziato a navigare et voilà!
La bici...che non sembra una bici!
Subito ne abbiamo comprata 1...poi a distanza di una settimana l'altra.
Mio marito ha avuto un problema con il display della sua...e anche l'assistenza è stata ottima.
Noi siamo alti 1,68 e 1.74 e x noi va bene.

E' già qualche giorno che la uso e mi sto trovando benissimo.
Biciletta dalla potenza eccezionale, decisamente comoda e le batterie durano veramente tanto.

I didn’t get the cycle and now you send me to rate it ? How should I rate it when don’t receive your cycle till date? And there is no updates regarding when I receive my cycle and nothing about it. Very poor customer service tbh……

Very poor, I bought a bicycle from Amazon and less than 4 months the bicycle stopped working, I took it at a repairer, the repairer told me it’s the display board, I ordered a display board costing 100€ these people keep me waiting after 2 weeks before shipping my order, when I contact them they don’t even attend to me like a customer, they don’t care, only the money they are interested in, can you imagine going to a month now I have not even received the order, very stupid company .

Ottima bici per salite impegnative e lunghe percorrenze. Dopo 100km la batteria è ancora al 60%. Consigliata vivamente a chiunque abbia esigenza di andare a lavoro e deve percorrere diversi chilometri

La bici é meglio di come la aspettavo perche facile da montare e ho ricevuto il modello aggiornato, penso che sia il modello di questo anno 2026 con i freni completamente idraulici, con olio fino al manubrio e non solamente nelle pinze, quindi posso avere una frenata piú forte e precisa, la grande batteria, permette di caricarla meno spesso sforzare meno la chimica delle celle e rimanere piú tempo tra il 30% e 80% di carica per garantire un ottima durata nel tempo, e facile sbloccare l'acceleratore per usarla in campagna fuori dalle strade pubbliche, altrettanto facile bloccarlo nuovamente, ho notato che dove é alloggiata la centralina sotto la batteria ce spazio per aggiungere un allarme, con telecomando, peccato che non ci fosse già dopotutto costa circa 20 euro un allarme, l'unica cosa negativa, é l'indicatore di carica indica 100% per circa 80 km poi inizia a scendere, io personalmente ho percorso 130 km con un peso totale di 160kg, andando a pieno carico con carrello posteriore, quindi io peso 80kg la bici quasi 40kg, e il carrello 40kg, quando il 100 % inizia a diminuire, equivale a un 50%, ma non é niente di grave, anzi, é comunque molto preciso, sarebbe stato piú preciso un indicatore di voltaggio, sul manubrio, che sapendo che 56 volt equivale a 100%, e 42 volt equivale a 0%, sarebbe stato super fantastico, ma le 5 stelle le merita tutte comunque per il grandioso rapporto qualità e prezzo, poiché se volevo la perfezione avrei dovuto fare io stesso il progetto a mio gusto, brava Rattan, continua cosi.

Ich habe mir dasRattan LM pro bestellt. Lieferung nach Sizilien. Die Sendungsverfolgung von Fedex war sehr verwirrend. Ich habe den chat von rattan bike genutzt, da ich sehr verunsichert war. Das unternehmen Rattan bike ist super. Ich habe IMMER eine Antwort erhalten. Auch über die Email Konversation ! Ich fühle mich richtig gut sufgehoben und das Fahhrad ist wie pünktlich angekommen.,Die Qualität und Verarbeitung des LM ultra sind überragend! Auch die Körbe, die ich mitbestellt habe und die im Vorfeld geliefert wurden sind mega verarbeitet und robust. Ich kann rattan sehr empfehlen und bestelle noch ein LF Ultra!
