I’ve already written about the Rattan LM Ultra’s truly long battery life, but I’d like to add a few words about my experience dealing with the seller.
Before the purchase, they were always available, patiently answered my questions, and sent me all the certificates I requested.
The shipping was also top-notch; they delivered it within 3 business days, just as promised.

Vélo électrique reçu rapidement avec un bon aperçu du suivi. seul bémol, la couleur du cycle. Demandé en gris et reçu en noir. Maïs la couleur lui va très bien.
Demande de facture et de conformité reçu le jour même, très réactif.

Ho comprato una Rattan elettrica il 22 luglio 2026 per mio marito Marco , è arrivata in una settimana e sono super soddisfatto. Motore potente, batteria che dura davvero, 180 km reali , nessun problema di peso perché io sono alto 1,95 cm e peso 110kg e questa bicicletta può supportare fino a 180 kg. velocissima.assistenza Design moderno e comfort pazzesco anche sui lunghi tragitti. Assistenza 24 ore per qualsiasi problema.Per il prezzo che ha, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è imbattibile. Consigliatissima!

Great bike. Very comfortable.

I received the bike within a few days as promised and everything works fine and as advertised. I was a bit worried it might be too heavy to carry on the towbar but taking the battery off first, it can easily be lifted and the weight is no problem. All in all I'm very happy with it.

Bad customer service and there factory doesn't have replacement parts ready. I had to wait for over 6 months for my parts and when I open the box, my cord goes into the motor was damage. Customer service representative inform me that they can't give me a replacement parts because there isnt in stock. What type of company that doesn't have parts available. I didnt even have this ebike for a year, most of the time I have this bike was waiting on parts. I dont recommend this company.

Otrzymałem rower po terminie dostawy, bez ładowarki ,nie moge sprawdzić czy wszystko działa bo akumulator jest pusty E-mail do nich nie dociera na reklamację nie ma odpowiedzi.Jak można się z wami kontaktować!?Wszelkie próby zawiodły!!

My son purchased a electric bike I sent a text on the 7 of the month it was never stop it came to my house on the 16 I refused it but I have yet to get my money seems a bit Ridiculous do believe I report this to the attorney general office if I don’t see my money real soon

It's very good bike for this price. It has everything a bike should have. Big tires, hydraulic brakes and seat suspension. Engine very nicely supported cycling. A solidly made bike is a product that will last for years.

Très mauvais service après vente…ma réclamation n’a eu aucun effet..! Surtout n’ayez pas problème à la réception de votre colis.. il faut tout regarder et serrer les visses de vos disques freins… très mécontents…!!!
