Just awesome. I am using Rattan LM Ultra for delivery purposes. Battery backup is huge which was my first priority.

Paid €1399.00 via PayPal for an eBike EU-Rattan will not ship to Malta even though Malta is an EU Country, therefore I had to pay for trans-shipping the bike from Spain to Malta. Rattan website states that it ships within 2 - 8 days, after placing order they told me it was not in stock and I had to wait an additional 10 days. Finally they sent me a Tracking number in which 6 days later and the courier still telling me that they don't have my package. I told Rattan that if the tracking number is not going to give me results I will contact PayPal. They cancelled my order and I am still without my €1399.00 plus €150.00 Trans-Shipping cost! They lie in practically in every email or chat message! Let's see how long my refund is going to take before I get it. Now They tell me they have some Dragon Festival in China so my refund will have to wait!!! Terrible Terrible communication skills! Stay away from these guys! Read all the 1 star reviews. Am I ever glad I did not get this piece of junk they call an eBike!

We purchased a couple Rattan folding e-bikes about five years ago. We were now looking for full size 26" fat tire e-bikes. Our folding Rattan e-bikes have been trouble free so we felt good buying from Rattan again.

We purchased two bikes which arrived two days after they were ordered. The components and quality of these new bikes are a step up from our older folding e-bikes.

Most of the 26" fat tire e-bikes out there are very similar. The Rattan has a strong frame, good welds, strong 750W motor, hydraulic disc brakes, torque sensor with very little delay, 8-speed, nice color display with lots of programmability. You get a lot for your money with Rattan. You can spend quite a bit more for the brands that advertise more, but you don't really get a better e-bike.

We replaced the seats with wider comfort seats and replaced the handlebars with ones that have a higher rise. For us, this results in a more relaxed, upright riding position

The reason for 4 stars is because the packaging was not good. They arrived in simple cardboard boxes with very little protection. Both bikes arrived with large gashes/scrapes in their frames in the same location. This doesn't effect their usability, but when I get a new e-bike I don't want it to be scraped up when it arrives. I contacted customer support and they said they would send me some touchup paint. Unfortunately, they never did send the touchup paint.

We love the Rattan LF pro 2026, because we like to bike into the mountains and this bike is really strong for that kind of work to. And just go to The Beach or supermarkt.

It is completely shit, the company is shit, and the bike is shit. After having this bike for less that 6 months (I bought my bike in February 2026), the bike comes with a ton of problems. First, the brakes failed, which almost cause me to get hit by a car, even after I tuned it, it still does no good. The cable for the cable hydraulic brakes are terrible quality, with them having the possibility of snapping and breaking (my cable has so many breakages, it makes this bike a complete danger hazard. The system cuts out when riding, and gradually gets worse, and finally, the pedal assist completely stops, even though screen still turns out. It is completely scam and danger to the consumer. I spent so much of my personal savings (I am a student) to save up for an ebike, and through the reviews I thought Rattan what a good option, instead I got this absolute shit piece. The customer support is even worse, they will act like they are accommodating and ship you parts (which they think could be the issue) so you can fix it yourself, completely not taking into account that the customer might not have the time, skills, resources, needed tools, or experience to do so. They are a damn joke and complete disgrace. I even bought the 3 year warranty, and this is what it gets me. Do not buy from this brand, do not put yourself through the grief, and danger. They are not worth it. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

ho acquistato l'ultimo modello di rattan, la LF PRO 2026 , giá predisposta con un secondo sedile per il passeggero e un telaio che supporta fino a 180kg. Semplicemente fantastica! Ottima anche l idea di vendere sul sito ufficiale dei poggiapiedi per il passeggero. Inoltre anche l assistenza clienti é stata veramente disponibile nei miei confronti.

J’ai acheté le Rattan LF PRO 2026. Très contente. La batterie a une super autonomie. Il est pliable, c’est pratique! Livraison rapide.
