Rattan är en bra och seriös leverantör. Min Mukkpet Racer levererades överraskande snabbt och smidigt. Bra medföljande instruktioner och tips samt uppföljningsmail med påminnelse om vad som kan vara bra att kontrollera när man kört ett tag.
Produkten i sig är fantastiskt trevlig; supercool, robust, stark, bekväm och mångsidig.
Allt sammantaget är jag en mycket nöjd kund!

Recibí la bicicleta después de esperar tres semanas; se ve genial. Estoy muy satisfecho hasta ahora, solo falta probarla. Estoy muy contento con ella y también con el servicio al cliente.

Seriozitate și transparență

Livré dans les temps, je peux maintenant profiter de mon Battan LF. Velo un peux lourd mais l'assistance compense trés largement ce soucis. C'est du matériel très solide.

Ho acquistato una Rattan LF Ultra e finora sono molto soddisfatto. La bici è arrivata ben imballata e, dopo il montaggio, si è dimostrata solida, comoda e piacevole da guidare.

Ho avuto bisogno di contattare l’assistenza per alcune informazioni e ho ricevuto risposta rapidamente e in modo disponibile.

Apprezzo soprattutto la disponibilità del servizio clienti anche dopo l’acquisto. Esperienza positiva e azienda seria.

La consiglio a chi cerca una e-bike robusta e confortevole.

Inicialmente tuve pequeños inconvenientes con las velocidades sin embargo al contactar con el equipo de Rattan me ayudó en solucionarlo, la bici en general me ayuda mucho y se disfruta además de que puedo manejar sin problema, la calidad del producto se nota que es dedicado y da tal cual lo prometido

Le seul point négatif c'est que nul part j'ai lu que la version UE ne fonctionnait pas en mode tout électrique, dommage mais sinon tout est nickel, livraison rapide et efficace
Je n'ai pas eu l'occasion de faire beaucoup de trajet depuis hier mais le vélo à l'air super sympa, pas trop compliqué à monter mais la version française du mode d'emploi serait un plus.

the delivery quality was good, and overall, I really like the bike. However, there are a few things that I’m not completely satisfied with:

Weight: The bike is quite heavy at 48 kg, which makes it difficult to move around.
Seat: The seat is not very comfortable, and it also makes some noise while riding.
Brakes: The brakes are not as good as I expected. They are still acceptable, but I think they could be improved.
Connectivity: The biggest issue for me is the connectivity. When I turn on the display, it shows that there is a Bluetooth function, but there seems to be no way to activate it or connect the bike to the application. I contacted support about this, but they did not really answer my question. They only stated that the LM Ultra does not have this feature, which is confusing because the display clearly shows a Bluetooth function.

Overall, I like the bike, but I think these areas could be improved, especially the connectivity and the explanation around the Bluetooth functionality.

Gute Kommunikation, auch mit dem Transportunternehmen. Lieferung pünktlich wie telefonisch vereinbart. Das Fahrrad war sehr ordentlich verpackt. Die Anleitung zum Zusammenbau war okay, aber was Vorderrad und Achse betrifft ungenügend. Im Paket waren zwei verschiedene Achsen für das vordere Rad dabei, wovon eine mit Sicherheit nicht für das Rad geeignet war und die korrekte Montage der Achse war weder im Video noch in der PDF-Montageanleitung erkennbar. Da muss man sich entweder selbst helfen oder den technischen Support kontaktieren, der aber immerhin schnell reagiert. Das Bike macht richtig Spaß zu fahren und fährt sich so bequem wie es aussieht - zumindest wenn man nicht so groß ist. Wie jemand mit 190 cm darauf bequem fahren kann, kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Die Sitzhöhe ist nicht einstellbar. Wer über 175 cm groß ist, sollte sich den Kauf gut überlegen. Rattan gibt als empfohlene Größe des Fahrers 160-190 an. Da kann ich mir jemand mit 150 noch eher drauf vorstellen, als jemand mit 190. Ohne Motorunterstützung ist es sogar immerhin noch halbwegs fahrbar, was ich bei dem stattlichen Gewicht und den breiten Reifen nicht erwartet hätte. Display, Schaltung und Bremsen funktionieren einwandfrei.
