Swift service with a good exchange rate. I have used this company for over 15 years now with very little hassle.

OK, needed it quick(ish) but the standard speed was OK so I rushed to make this happen as soon as I noticed my need.

I had a few problems.
My password was wrong,? OK, should not have been so I tried to change it.
I did have my wrong number in for the SMS text so I had to call them, OK I called. After 3 calls, no, 4 to get that fixed, it got fixed.
OK they had to call me the 4th call, to give me the recovery password over the phone but Yay! I had it.
That took time and I wanted this done today.

Still in a hurry I log in, I change my password and Oh! Now I have to phone them as the account will no longer let me do this online? (it did in June?).

I call in, the deal is sorted, I sent the money, they get the money, 8 days later I chase, YES, I should have called earlier and hey, "that is slow, let me look in to that".

On the second day after my call the money arrives. Well Spain is an awful long way from the UK (now).

OK, I got my money, I had to borrow locally from a friend as my cashflow was lost but we are sorted now.
No curtesy call to say, sorted, it just appeared.

Next time I will use my mouse to see if I can better the rate on the day, I sure as heck think I can better the service I had on this deal, in the past I have not had any problems but this was a bit stressy for me.

Je suis prise en otage avec mes contrats à terme qui ne sont pas prêts d'être clôturés, le 10/11/2023 un paiement de plus de HK$628000 (+/- € 81000) à un fournisseur, ainsi que plus de $12000 à un autre fournisseur, paiement fait le même jour à 3 secondes d'intervalle le 10/11.
Le 15/11 mon argent de plus de $12000, ils ne savent pas où il se trouve alors que tout le monde sait très bien qu'ils l'ont reçu.
Pour le transfert de plus de HK$628000, même fournisseur depuis le début de notre coopération avec RFX et comme par hasard maintenant il faut donner des informations qu'aucun autre client de mon fournisseur n'ont jamais demandé, à part eux!
Lors du dernier paiement avec ce fournisseur, en mai aussi plus de 3 semaines avant qu'il soit payé!
Tout ces mensonges, pour à nouveau bloquer mes fonds et jouer avec !
Mais comment est-ce que vous pouvez encore vous regardez dans la glace avec tout vos mensonges à longeur de journée?
Je vais encore devoir attendre plus d'un mois, pour finalement demander de me renvoyer les fonds et je vais devoir faire les paiements en direct!
J'ai eu le cas il y a un mois déjà! Ils se foutent complètement des relations de confiance, qu'on a depuis tellement d'années avec nos fournisseurs!
C'est vraiment épuisant!
Surtout ne pas travailler avec cette société!

Funds transfer extended from 2h to 24h.
I didn't like that my money lingered in RationalFX bank account. The funds were sent on the Wednesday afternoon to the RationalFX account which they acknowledged, but was transfered late evening into my account on Thursday.

We are usually very satisfied with the service. Our agent is Milun. We regularly use our Eur, GBP and USD accounts, and have done so for the last 8 yrs….sometimes funds take 1 day which is great. But this time, we transferred Eur to USD and the transaction took 10 days!! This is poor, especially as we’ve used those accounts before, RationalFX has the accounts details, and we had to chase up a few times as to the whereabouts of our monies…..I have asked Milun to explain the reasons for the delay so that this does not happen again in future. I am well versed in finance and Compliance myself, so if there were security or AML queries, I expect your relevant department calls me directly rather than letting us chase up, out of courtesy and on basis of our fidelity as a long standing customer. Milun is due to provide answers to my queries.

Une catastrophe ! Des contrats à terme impossible a exécuter des fonds dans la nature que les bénéficiaires mettent des mois à retrouver ...
N'opter jamais pour ce prestataire incompétent !
Une étoile est encore trop surcoté les concernant !

Rational FX led by Lewis Josephs was a class act. I felt as though he walked my dollars across the U.S, then across the Atlantic and then onto Spain. It was seamless,
It was done professionally and I the customer felt secure and confident.

Unacceptable delay in effecting transfer. No indication of any problem so that I had to phone to draw attention to the delay in funds arriving in target account. The problem was then quickly sorted but no-one informed me of that so I had to make a second call to find out how problem was progressing. I am still unaware of the nature of the delay. Conclusion: inadequate oversight of transactions and poor communication with customers.

Votre entreprise est en déclin. Cela fait plusieurs semaines que vous avez bloqué plus de 11 000 €. Vous ne trouvez pas mon argent alors que je vous l'ai viré il y a plus de trois semaines quasiment un mois. Mes fournisseurs attendent encore et vous mettez nos entreprises en difficulté après plusieurs années à travailler avec vous, votre entreprise est en déclin total, j'ai commencé au tout début avec vous et ce n'était pas comme ça avant. Vous étiez vraiment performant mais maintenant vous êtes dans l'inverse. J'ai l'impression que vous travaillez avec notre argent. Vous trouvez toujours des excuses et les personnes au téléphone sont incompétents, nous avons l'impression que ce sont des stagiaires on nous dit à chaque fois : on va vous rappeler mais personne nous rappelle aucune réponse également sur les mails. RENDEZ MOI MON ARGENT !!!!!!!!!

Generally excellent service but on two occasions this year you have only transferred part of my monthly payment to my French bank. The problem only coming to light when I checked my French bank statement.

I am still waiting for funds to transfer to Spain. I am currently on day 4 and have contacted the Support who were suppose to be looking in to it, that was 2 days ago and I'm still waiting to hear from them.

Other services I've used transfer your money instantly. The funds left my account immediately and would have been with RationalFX straight away. They initially said 1-2 working days. Don't think I would use them again.

Professional service, excellent rates of exchange and staff are very knowledgeable. They executed my transaction smoothly and in a timely fashion. Will using them again.

Vous êtes une société désorganisée en tout cas dans la relation clients.
Nous travaillons avec vous depuis qlq années mais au fur et a mesure du temps qui passe les transactions sont de plus en longues avec vos fameux contrôle de conformité. Certains virements mettent plus de trois semaines à être effectués. En attendant nous payons des frais de magasinage chez nos fournisseurs.
D'autre part cela fait plusieurs semaines que nous demandons la position de notre compte chez vous car nous avons un crédit et tous les jours on nous inventent de nouvelles excuses pour le retard.
Le problème principal chez vous est que personne ne veut prendre une responsabilité.
On a l'impression de communiquer avec des stagiaires ou des étudiants qui ont les pieds et les poings liés.
Très déçu.

We have had very good service from RationalFX.They are efficient and deal with payments promptly. They are polite and professional. I would like to specially mention Milan Patel who helped me with my request of transferring my fund on the phone and email
I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have been with RationalFX for more than 20 years. I feel this speaks for itself. In my opinion they are the best financial company to deal with.
