Good rates to start then they have made mistake after mistake totalled to £1670 sent to the wrong person and now not responding to over 10 calls, emails and online chat requests.
This has been going on for over 8 week with absolutely 0 advice or attempt to resolve.
Basically stolen my money.
Also had some catcalled transfers that took over 1 month to be returned.

SENDER BEWARE
I blame myself for not reading reviews of this scrap of a company.
I am abroad and transferred £600 to my own bank abroad.
I mistakenly used my card instead of my account number.
This company is still holding the money sent on the 5th of May. Today is the 9th of May and they are still not able to put the money in my overseas account.
They are even asking when I'm returning to the UK.
Their chat box is AI and keeps repeating foolish questions.
I am still stuck.

I am not happy with your service.
I have been a regular and loyal customer since I registered with RH in September 2025. They always have good and impressive rate and that always attracts me.
But recently, I am becoming impatient because your services are becoming poor and lacking trust. I sent £630.91 to a relative in December 2025 and he has not recieved it yet.You sent to me a reciept that transaction is succesful but it never reached my Beneficiary's account at Ghana Commercial Bank.
My customer ID is 590392.
Transaction PIN: BDGH 91151584.
I was asked to bring the pdf bank statements of my Beneficiary and myself on two occasions (20th March and 16th April). Afterwards of each occasion you send a messages of apology and tell me you have now credited the money to the Beneficiary's account at Ghana commercial Bank. All these were false and embarrassing. Besides this I have made uncountable phone calls which the customer service team have not been helpful.
Please do your best to either refund me or genuinely complete the transaction.
Hope you will kindly do the needful.

They are not trustworthy
They are not trustworthy. I sent money through the company on the 20/04/2026. Since then my recipient hasn’t received the money. The customer service keeps on sending apologies but yet still the money has not been delivered.
Personally, I will not recommend any one to deal with this company because they are liars.

Very bad in transaction. The worst I have ever seen in the market. Takes them when they want to deliver the transfer with so much excuses. I made transaction to Ghana and it took them almost 1 week for the money to be delivered after so much calls and stress. I will never go into that anymore never

This is my nightmare
This is my nightmare. I don’t think they are doing a genuine business. My wife and I have had some family issues and needed to send some money home. I called them to confirm how much I could send and they said as long as it doesn’t not exceed £5000. So I made a transfer. This was meant for my children’s school fees, medical bills and the medical bills of my in-laws. They have requested for all documents and have been provided. They keep coming back for the same set of documents over and over. Finally, they have requested for the bank statement of my wife and where she gets the money from. They have threatened not to send my money back. I had to borrow money from a friend to take care of these needs. The transaction pin is BDGH52402066. I really don’t trust them and my only option is to report them to FCA, FOS and HRMC. Do not use this app, they can kill your relatives home.

They are so so horrible
They are so so horrible. You trust these people at your own peril. They have deliberately held my money since Thursday. Today is Saturday and they keep giving frivolous excuses. If you know what is good for you, never use this app. A clear pattern has been identified that this is what they do. The customer service after promising I will soon get my money later told me to wait till Monday.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with RemitHome has been so consistently frustrating and distressing that I feel compelled to warn others.
I have used this service multiple times to send money to recipients in Ghana, and in almost every single case, the funds are unnecessarily delayed for 3 to 4 days before being released. This is not a one-off issue, it is a clear pattern.
The most recent situation was especially unacceptable. I sent money for a genuine health emergency, expecting urgency and reliability. Instead, the funds were held for three full days without reaching the recipient. During this time, I repeatedly contacted customer support, only to be given the same misleading assurances that the money would be released within “1 to 4 hours.” This promise was repeated over and over again for three days, with no action taken.
At best, this reflects poor service and a lack of transparency. At worst, it raises serious concerns about how customer funds are being handled behind the scenes. It is extremely difficult not to question whether there are internal practices causing deliberate delays.
When people send money, especially in urgent situations, they are placing trust in the service provider. In my experience, that trust has been completely undermined.
I will be sharing my experience across multiple review platforms to ensure others are aware before choosing to use this service. If you value reliability, honesty, respect and timely transfers, I strongly advise you look elsewhere.
