My query was addressed and resolved without any fuss.

So, I took out a Cinchcare plan when I bought the car. The email stated Welcome to worry-free motoring! And the policy states duration: Lifetime. I contacted them in March as my car service light was not reset by Halfords and advised this is not covered.

I sent an email to book my annual service only to be told my policy was not renewed and as it was over 30 days cannot renew. I checked And they cancelled and stopped taking the money despite being a lifetime policy and required me to cancel.

From the policy.

Direct Debit Payment will be fixed for the first 35 instalments. We will notify You in writing of Your renewal quote at least 30 days prior
to the collection of the 35th instalment. Your Direct Debit Payment may be subject to an increase or decrease at renewal. If You decide not
to renew then You may cancel this Agreement at any time in accordance with Section 11E (Cancellation). Your Direct Debit Payment will
automatically renew at the amount detailed on the quote unless You contact Us to cancel the renewal.

Totally untrustworthy company to deal with

I called about my annual car service, and the process of booking and finding a garage was seamless. I was offered options, and the staff was very friendly and polite in their responses. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

The service provided by Remy today was superb. I phoned to extend my warranty and mentioned I required a service. This was arranged through a local garage to coinside with my mot.

I contacted Ramp this morning regarding a repair to a dent that required work to my passenger door. By close of play same day I received notification approval and the Team would be in touch in 5 working days.

I phoned and emailed this company regarding a very small send and scratch that someone had done to my car I found this company to be very unhelpful and did not want to carry out the work witch I paid for and said it was outside the terms and conditions I asked that what am I paying for no response from them basically took my money and told me to go do one. I would keep him believe miles away from this company

The claims process is actually very simple, although I think some tyre centres could do with a bit more training on how it works.

RAMP has always been very helpful and supportive. This is not the first time they have provided the help we needed.

This time, it was Aleena that we spoke to and she was not only professional but also took the initiative to come up with a flexible solution.

Our car has been in the shop for the last three months, going into the month when we are supposed to get our annual service. We called RAMP and Aleena suggested marking on our file that our car is still in the shop and therefore we were unable to get it to the nearest Kwik Fit or Halfords, essentially allowing us to go beyond the grace period for the service.

I phoned up regarding an alloy repair booking and needed to update my address details at the same time. The phone support was absolutely brilliant. The agent answered every single one of my questions clearly, was incredibly helpful throughout the call, and got everything sorted out for me with zero fuss. Have just booked my car service, asked if this service was a full service and told straight away that it is. Jags booked it in and sent conformation email before I'd finished talking with him.
