I took out insurance with these guys under good faith. I answered all the questions i was asked to my best knowledge. I than receive a letter about a week later asking me to fork out an additional £800+ pounds because they said i had not disclosed two incidents (one my fault and the other not my fault). They made out as if i was lying and trying to make a fraudulent application. After reviewing the phone conversation, it turned out to be a complete lie. I did disclose the correct information, which i was asked. Avoid this company like the plague. These are one of those companies that are trying to make money any which way possible, instead of actually being professional and providing a professional service.

Absolutely awful company to deal with I found them to be very incompetent and a really couldn’t care less attitude towards there customers, I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company.
24/1/23 update I’ve just seen your reply on trust pilot. How can you ( radius) say you have addressed my complaint when you have done absolutely nothing about it. You have not addressed anything !

Absolutely pathetic service. I have been insuring my business for the last 5 0r 6 years with Keystone, now they call themselves Radius and the service went with the name change.
I had just paid my annual premium when the phoned saying the building insurance was done incorrectly by them and i now have to pay more.
This after a 16% increase in my premium. No wonder businesses are going under in this country. Insurance is becoming a major stumbling block and then they make mistakes and I have to pay.
Always a pleasure to deal with Jennifer, very helpful and knowledge, 10,10.too all the staff that have helped me over the years in Glasgow office, they really do all go the extra mile

Beware: Terrible Experience with Radius Insurance

I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with Radius Insurance has been. I wish I had read reviews before deciding to go with them.
I purchased an insurance policy from Radius Insurance, hoping for a smooth and hassle-free experience. Instead, I've been met with a series of disappointments, frustration, and sheer incompetence. One month through my coverage period, I received an email out of the blue, stating that my insurance had been canceled. Keep in mind that I had already paid for an entire year upfront. How can an insurance company cancel a policy I've fully paid for without a valid reason?
When I called their customer service, the runaround began. They claimed my policy was canceled due to missing documents. Documents that I had sent immediately after purchasing the policy. Their inability to keep track of important paperwork is astonishing.
But the ordeal didn't end there. Their representative, Faye Herald, who was supposed to assist me, conveniently went on annual leave without resolving my issue or communicating it to the insurance company. This resulted in further delays and frustration on my end.
Trying to get in touch with their customer service is a nightmare in itself. Calls go unanswered, and it's nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone who can provide actual assistance. I've had to take time off work and deal with continuous lies and excuses from their end.
I strongly advise anyone considering insurance to avoid Radius Insurance at all costs. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and customer care is beyond unacceptable. This entire experience has left me thoroughly disgusted. I will be seeking legal action if my concerns are not addressed promptly.
In conclusion, stay far away from Radius Insurance. Your time, money, and peace of mind are better invested elsewhere.

Disgusting paid £220 deposit had to cancel after 11 days phoned them expecting some deposit back no I owe them £150 extra for cancellation hahahaha how the bloody hell do you work that out when I’m in the 14 days cooling off period so you had £370 in 11 days jokes don’t use very unprofessional

I have used Radius previously known as milestone for a few years.
When it came to my renewal this year i tried calling them on junerous occasions for a qoute. I got emails from them woth qoutes and to say get in touch but absolutely no luck in getting through to anyone the call just rings out everytime. I've asked them on multiple occasions via there website and email to obtain my no claims honis certificate and forward this on to me as i have had to take my custom elsewhere and again I'm a month on from originally requesting this and still do not have this!! I would not recommend these to anyone ever again!
