Ryan arrived and was very professional and efficient. Had my tap installed in no time. Have to say the overall experience with Quooker was fantastic. Very impressive.

Fantastic and professional from initial contact. Daniel responded immediately to emails and Jason was efficient and informative. He was very professional and polite and even put everything back in the cupboard when he was finished.
Highly recommend.

Ryan visited this morning to install a new tap and boiler and delighted me by saying the tap only needed fixing and had it done in no time. Very professional and helpful. Thank you Ryan!

Jason was so professional and pleasant to deal with. I would happily have him here again. A very conscious and thorough representative.

Very helpful. Staff excellent. Engineer Paul, very helpful and explained everything.

Absolutely love our new quooker tap - it’s just perfect. The order and installation were seamless (thank you to Ryan for his excellent help there!). Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Excellent and speedy repair service.Jason the engineer was very pleasant and efficient and had no difficulty explaining the problem with our system

From initial contact by email to the service call today Quooker exceeded expectations. From the initial contact advice was given on the repair but with the alternative more cost effective option of incorporating the repair with a service call. I was kept fully informed of appointment time and the engineer Bryan Haberlin arrived a few minutes early. From the moment Bryan arrived he was pleasant and professional. He explained what was wrong and what he would be doing to fix the issue. When he was finished he again went above and beyond and because I had had a recent injury reassembled the cupboard shelving where the tank is installed. Thanks again Bryan…

Paul was a super serviceman and very professional. All very tidy and very satisfied with the work.

Ryan arrived on time to service our tap and descale the tank and more, and the whole experience was excellent. He was punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly. The work was carried out efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. Excellent service as usual from the guys at Quooker Ireland. Can't fault a thing.

Selection, sale and installation all went very smoothly. I would recommend going to the showroom in Ballsbridge to help select the best Quooker for your needs.

Gheorghe came and serviced our 9 year old quooker Tap. He was outstandingly helpful mannerly and professional. 🌟👏 He went the extra mile, and left the tap working perfectly, and the place was left spotless. He is a gentleman. A pleasure to meet too.
We can’t recommend him enough! He was outstandingly professional.
Thank you Gheorghe.

Ryan is very knowledgeable. So helpful, explained how to use to tap so well. He even fixed my press!

Polite, professional punctual

Quooker is an outstanding product, but what sets this company apart is the customer focused sales and installation staff, no doubt helped by superb training and management guidance.
In particular, Caelan and Jason get 10/10 !
Well done guys, and take a bow.
With this reputation, your company is going to win even more market share 🙏
