Jason was very professional & efficient , very friendly, & a pleasure to deal with, overall service 5 star

Response from Quooker was professional, helpful and timely. Their engineer Ryan was courteous and informative, walking me through what the issue was and general service outcomes.
A positive experience all round

Our quooker had been leaking for years and was well overdue a service. Jason diligently worked away and left the tap looking brand new.
I wish I’d called sooner.

Jason was a fantastic engineer. So pleasant. Did the work expertly and so neatly.
Highly recommend Jason.

excellent & efficient

We had Gheorghe out to fix/service our Quooker Tap. Gheorghe is professional and polite, he walked me through all the checks he was going to carry out before he got stuck in. Then, he fixed the position of the tap and cleaned up all the wires and pipes that were very messy from the original install. The tap extension pipe has never worked smoothly but now it’s perfect. Really happy with the job he did and would recommend him highly.

I booked a service call with Quuoker recently. Impressive customer service from start to finish. A shout out to Ryan who has our tap running as good as new!

The process for organizing service is straightforward with appointment scheduled about a week later. Service engineer Bryan Haberlin arrived within the hour of the scheduled time and resolved our issue with full explanation of what and why the issue had occurred.
Four star review only because there was a lot of time lost in working through all the suggested self help options on the quooker site that are really not an option in my option for the average customer.

Fast response time, got the job done and managed to sace me having to buy a whole new tap. Thank you!

Paul was amazing. Rang well in advance and fixed our problem in no time at all. Very pleased with service and definitely recommend to anyone.

Jason visited us today to service our quooker. He is a most personable pleasant young man and worked unobtrusively.

Prompt and courteous service.
Left everything clean.

Updated me with time of arrival. Arrived on time. Very pleasant and efficient. Fixed sensor on tap. Very good experience

Excellent time keeping. Courtesy outstanding- removed shoes. Helpful and efficient. Ryan arrived with all necessary equipment to ensure no mess was created. My kitchen was left cleaner after his visit. Delighted to have my Quooker back up and running (an expensive luxury but great).

Jason came out to fix and issue with our cube system, he sorted the issue very quickly and cleaned up really well after himself

Excellent service

Ringing Quooker to organise a service was a pleasure, equally the aervice was on time and executed perfectly, I feel like I have a new tap and all within the standard service price, you just can't beat that for service. Recommend Quooker as a product and for their customer service
