The Service Engineer, Ryan Platts, arrived exactly on time and worked efficiently to carry out the service. Would recommend Ryan.

Ryan was with us to repair our Qooker tap, a gentleman and could not have been more helpful. Any issues i have had Qooker have been quick to resolve and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of getting their systems in. There are other systems probably cheaper but I'm a firm believer in you get way you pay for. A++++++ ALL THE WAY FOR QOOKER...and Ryan

George came to repair our Quooker tap today 30Sept and I found him to be very capable, pleasant and also pointed out a very minor leak in the waste pipe which he duly addressed. Overall I would highly recommend him to carry out any repair on a Quooker heating tap system.

The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I reported the fault by phone, and a service visit was quickly scheduled. Because this was a follow-up to an earlier issue, there was no charge for the visit. Ryan, the service engineer, contacted me in advance with his arrival time. He was punctual, highly efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. He resolved the issue, showed me the source of the problem, and explained the repair work carried out. I have had my Quooker tap for about six years; the product has been exceptionally reliable, and customer service is first-class whenever needed.

Very easy to book an appointment, with clear communication and a straightforward process. The engineer Ryan Platts was very efficient and professional.

Possibly the worst decision we made for our new build. We bought the patinated brass Quooker Flex and it is ruined with water marks and staining. It has destroyed the look of our brand new kitchen. I have contacted Quooker, and have been told that’s just ‘the look of the patinated finished’. I would not recommend and would never choose this tap again.

My cold water filter stopped working over the past few weeks, I contacted Quooker and within a few hours I had an appointment with sevice engineer, Ryan Platts visited, was extremley helpful and sorted the issue out quickly, he was professional , courteous and very happy to demonstrate and walk me through any concerns, service was excellent , thank you Ryan.
