Great platform for a fun and awesome experience while getting rewarded

Got help on what I needed to swap out an 8 to 10 year old tower, that could not be upgraded to Windows 11. Pulled the old one out from under the desk, unhooked everything and connected the new one and pushed it under the desk and switched it on.
Went with solid state memory instead of old fashioned hard drive and new PC is much quieter. Just the faint sound of a fan spinning when using it. Using it for 2 weeks so far and no issues.
Had done a bit of research and Quiet PC were about middle price for a PC that should last me the next few years. I'm not into gaming so middle of the road spec.

Can't rate the service highly enough! I received my chassis with a broken panel. I emailed support and 10 minutes later had a reply stating they'll send out a replacement next day. They then gave me time to package the old one ready for collection, and they arranged collection at a day and time that suited me too. Just absolutely fantastic service!!!

Arrived well packaged, undamaged, components as specified, start up and install went fine. PC is indeed quiet, fast, and takes up way less desk space than the one it replaced. Overall very happy with the system. Only had it a week, so things might change...

I needed advice for a non-standard use of the fans. Andy took the time to understand my requirement and go through options and products. He was open, friendly and I felt that he really wanted to help me get the best outcome.

I've never reviewed anything on Trustpilot but felt that my experience warranted it. This was a straightforward transaction and everything arrived ahead of expected time which was nice. What I was impressed with was the attention to detail in the dispatch and communications. Everything packed as securely as possible to guard against courier mishaps and the contents and labelled instructions where excellent. The PC itself is as advertised, completely silent. Great work everyone.

Once again a quick phone call was all that was needed to get information on a pc bought a few years ago now, reassuring advice and product recommendation should I need to replace a component. The lifetime support these guys offer is invaluable, and second to none.

A really friendly service, quick to send order out. I changed part of the order and it was sorted effortlessly. It's rare to find small companies these days. It is worth going to these as the quality of the pc is really good. I am still setting up but so far a great experience.

Bought my first QuietPC six months ago; February 2025. Fine product. I paid probably 50% of the price for a similar off-the-shelf product. Received just what I wanted, and didn't have to pay for/deal with the bloat and features I don't need from big-name manufacturers. The best aspect, truly, was the excellent customer service; the best I've worked with in the last 15 years. FWIW my background is in software implementation, so I know a bit but not a lot about hardware. Good on you, QuietPC!

I have bought two home PCs now from QuietPC and they are very helpful, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable. It's a far better experience than buying from a large PC company due to direct personal support and no preinstalled crapware on my system.

My old PC was very old (over 16 years) and I had been looking at Quiet PC for months. I wanted a quiet PC but not necessarily silent and had Quiet PC shortlisted as a potential company to buy from, (after viewing their YouTube videos from years ago). A few days ago I took the plunge and ordered a PC that suited my needs (I am not, or ever will be, a gamer). Considering I had been ruminating on what kind of PC I needed, I made a schoolboy error in ordering it with a woefully underpowered processor. So I called Quiet PC soon after the order had been placed and spoke to Andy who agreed that it was indeed - unsuitable. A better processor was recommended and the order changed, then completed. It reached me in the exact time-frame stated (by Andy). I am more than pleased with my new machine. Compared to my old PC it is blisteringly fast and despite it only being “quiet” (not “silent”) it doesn't make a sound. The only hiccup I encountered in setting up the machine, was not noticing the keyboard/mouse “dongle” was still in the box. I called the tech helpline but before I completely embarrassed myself, realised what needed to be done and solved the “problem” myself by inserting the dongle. So in conclusion, if my new PC continues to deliver (trouble free) then I couldn't be more happy. Thoroughly recommended.

All promises fulfilled on time and great technical advice on the phone.
Easy selection with all the necessary infomation for a custom build PC MB Bundle upgrade and clear ordering process.
Andy in Technical Services assisted me with my querry and even got the M2 SSD drive installed and tested on the motherboard before shipment.
My first purchase from them and other reviews helped me with my choice. These guys are good and I will happily come back to them in the future.
