What a brilliant company, all staff so friendly and helpful. There stock records are accurate so when you select and pay for components you know they have them which is unlike most others. I haven’t bought components for a while and was unsure who to use, however this company is number one now. Very impressed. Please note I have no association with this company or anyone who works there.

Bought a Quiet PC A90 Fanless i18, absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, including advice and support from Andy, Paul and Dawn.

The PC was shipped incredibly well packed, is truly silent, and runs like a rocket!

I have just had my third Quiet PC delivered. The QPC team were, yet again, very helpful in giving advice on the various options. Additionally when I had a problem after receiving the PC (My fault), Andy Ford was brilliant at helping me identify where I had gone wrong.

The website provides very helpful information when deciding what products to purchase and the ordering process is straightforward. Customer service is old school courteous which is very pleasant in today's world. A good company to deal with.

No company is ever perfect, but the mark of the best companies is how they deal with an issue, and for that Quiet PC deserve their #1 spot in the rankings.

Have always built my own PC's but as I wanted a completely silent one in a small form factor decided to leave it the pro's and get a DB4 cube.

The machine arrived quickly and was perfect and neatly built.

Fast forward 8 months later and the machine refused to power on. Ran some basic troubleshooting which only left the motherboard or cpu as the problem.

Andy was super helpful, the machine was returned and the next day the problem found (motherboard) a replacement fitted and it sent straight back to me.

Top marks in every way. Good technical help when choosing spec, a clear website with all costs, everyone replies to e-mails quickly, and once you've chosen, the PC is built and arrives super quickly. The PC is always packaged well (including internal expanding foam to ensure sockets aren't strained by vibration during transit). The builds are always clean, with no bloatware. Finally, as you'd expect, the PCs they supply are either silent or very near silent. Even my £3k gaming PC only makes a noise when gaming or otherwise under load - the rest of the time you wouldn't even know it was on.

We were looking for upgrade options on a system bought from Quiet PC in 2022. Andy gave really helpful and pragmatic advice for compatible kit within our budget. The original system has been brilliant (and quiet!) and the new graphics card (Palit GeForce RTX 5060) has allowed our son to play the games he wants to run.

I shopped around and decided to go with Quiet PC, so glad I did! Powerful gamer, Great build quality with fast delivery. Top marks!

I started of asking their technical support team for help specifying a machine and was delighted and amazed when they emailed me back within the hour!

I asked them loads of questions subsequently and they never failed to respond incredibly quickly and helpfully.

The machine was built & delivered on schedule.

There was a minor problem with the bios which again they guided me through within a few hours of my contacting them.

Our old core-i7 systems were working fine, but windows 11 said no. After a bit of research, went with the asus z890-pro WiFi motherboard bundles. Did my PC first and it must have been the easiest motherboard swap of all time 😁
All the software reactivated on line.
For the second PC went with the same motherboard, 64Gb ram but the wife wanted the faster core ultra 7 cpu (does a lot of Photoshop stuff).
The core ultra 9 cpu seems a lot more money for no that much more processing power.
My wife’s pc case was much bigger (luckily) than my case, as the cooler I selected was quite tall. The PC booted up, Asus driver hub updated all the drivers and windows 10 reactivated with no problems. Office was not so lucky, the key would not reactivate. So a new copy of office was loaded.
There old graphics card was causing window to intermittently seize up, the motherboard had a white light on, so at least I had an idea where to look for the problem, tried the other pci-e slot, but made no difference (to be fair I had dropped the card during the swap).
Went with the onboard graphics and all is well.
There was 2 issues in device manager due to no drivers for the WiFi-7 and Bluetooth in windows 10.
Windows update detected the new hardware and windows 11 update took about 40 minutes to complete. The windows 11 drivers cleared the 2 driver issues in device manager.
I did not need to do a clean installation of windows and the upgrade of 2 pc’s was fairly straightforward, thanks to the motherboard bundle being built and tested by QuietPC.
They kept me informed on the status of the orders and was very well packed and shipped for next day delivery.
A great service and would certainly recommend QuietPC to anyone who is looking to purchase a system from them.

Good communications and they fixed all issues quickly and efficiently. The price was good too, and I would use them again.
