After a really poor experience with another company where we were sent a faulty machine (late) with different components to what was ordered (and took 3 months to get a refund!), Alex Davis PC's is a breath of fresh air! Due to the bad experience, we were reluctant to order another machine and did a huge amount of research before settling on this machine. The PC arrived well packed, and quickly, well within the timeframe we were given for dispatch. It operates perfectly, is very quiet and a very attractive looking machine. Very happy customer!

From the moment I powered it on, everything has been absolutely perfect. The performance is incredible, the cable management is super clean, and the whole system looks amazing inside the case. You can really tell a lot of care and attention to detail went into building it.

What impressed me the most though was your customer support. I mentioned that my GPU had a slight natural sag (which I know can happen with larger cards), and without any hassle at all, you sent me a GPU support bracket. That kind of service really stands out and shows you genuinely care about your customers even after the purchase.
It’s rare to find a company that delivers both top-quality builds and excellent aftercare, but you’ve nailed both. I’ll definitely be recommending you to others.

Overall, I really recommend purchasing from Alex. I recently inquired Alex for a custom build after having a poor experience with a different PC company. Alex was recommended to me from a friend and was described to be very experienced and friendly. I can confirm this as he was extremely responsive to my inquiry and gave me a quote that met all of my requests at a very competitive price! Alex was a pleasure to deal with and the turnaround time was exceptionally fast. He promptly answered my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. When I picked up the PC he was extremely friendly and efficient which made the whole process seamless and stress free! I am extremely pleased with my build and the quality and I would not hesitate to recommend Alex Davis PCS to anyone!

Bought a PC from Alex Davis around 2 months ago.

Really happy with it, there has been no problems at all. Everything runs as it should, the correct parts were installed and very easy to setup basically just plug and play. I only ran into one problem but that was down to me using the wrong cable for the monitor.

The only thing I would recommend for them would be faster delivery options, it did arrive in the specificed time frame but I would have preferred a next day delivery option.

It the best pc ever

Bought a gaming pc for my son's birthday. Even though the website said it will take some time to build the pc, I contacted them and they accommodated me for my required date.

The PC itself looks and performs excellent and the specs were delivered as expected. Contacting them by phone was easy, when I required help setting everything up and the sweets were a nice touch.

Would definitely recommend.

The Speed of response, accommodation of requests and interaction on collection were excellent in every way. I didn’t know a lot about PCs but they helped me build a bespoke gaming PC that in the words of a friend “is a Beast”!
