i have had a problam re CAPTCHA…

i have had a problam re CAPTCHA invalid argument the problem is still happening but ocassionaly re CAPTCHA does work could you please tell me why I have missed out on a lot of surveys because of this problem Thank you

We understand how frustrating it must be to miss out on surveys because of this. Intermittent reCAPTCHA errors can sometimes be related to browser settings, extensions, VPN use, or cached data, but we’d really like to look into this properly for you.

Any issues are investigated and…

Any issues are investigated and explained or fixed reasonably quickly. My only issues are the occasional mismatch in the time quoted to complete the survey by pureprofile (shorter) and the time quoted by the actual survey provider (longer). Also, some short (low reward) surveys will redirect you (if not a suitable client) to another longer, sometimes much longer survey, that if you complete, still only gives you the original low reward from the first unsuccessful short survey. Very very annoying if you've just spent nearly an hour completing a survey and only get the equivalent of a three to five minute survey. If informed, pureprofile adjusts the rewards accordingly, but I believe the redirect is being done by a third party.

We’re glad to hear that when issues are raised, you’ve found them to be investigated and resolved quickly. That said, we completely understand how frustrating it can be when survey length estimates don’t align, or when a short survey redirects to a much longer one without a matching reward. Spending close to an hour on a survey and receiving a lower incentive than expected would understandably be very disappointing.

Time estimates and redirects are often controlled by third-party research providers, but that doesn’t lessen the impact on your experience. When brought to our attention, we’re always happy to review and adjust rewards where appropriate, and we continue to work with our partners to improve transparency and consistency.

Always helpful if I have a problem

Always helpful if I have a problem with surveys / so-called disqualifications when I have completed a survey.
Treat me like a real person not just a number - who ever contacts me provides a name unlike some other surveys who seem to want to remain anonymous!

Not as good as they used to be

Not as good as they used to be. We used to get a minimum of 0.20 cents per survey even if you were screened out, now you simply get a competition draw entry and rarely 0.10cents. Sometimes after spending a great deal of time completing a survey it stops and says you didn’t qualify and you get nothing wasting 30 minutes. They are also now changing the credit reward partner. The organisation I used to used my credits at are now not on the list. Like I said, they’re still ok but if I was to rate out of 10 they are a 5 where they used to be 9.

Finally Paid: Initially Banned and ghosted . Fraudulent act by Pureprofile

On the 30th of January, following my redemption of $20 with a pending $60 withdrawal, I got a message from pureprofile that my account was suspended for going against their terms and conditions. I quickly messaged them to let me know which TOS I breached, but they have not said anything to date. It's been almost 3 weeks, and nothing. It is very true to say that Pureprofile is Fraudulent. They take up your precious time with surveys and suspend you when you have accumulated rewards and try to redeem them. This is unacceptable. I guess I have to report to ASIC as this is definitely not right.

Edit: Got my account restored but the have refused to payout what they are owing me despite raising queries multiple times to support . They are not even replying again. So bad

Edit 3: My question has not been answered . You have not paid out my redemptions since despite agreeing that I was unjustly banned and restoring my account? your response did not address that and that indicates that my problem is not yet solved. This shows that there is no transparency in what you are doing. Pay me what I deserve

Edit 4; I have finally been paid after all back and forth. Thanks for at least responding positively pure profile

The survey experience

The surveys are varied which is nice, I find many are helpful in various ways. I have had 2 issues since joining, where the survey finished and the reward not paid, with times the issue was fixed quick smart.

Website operates with high principle's & rewards justly.

The concept & delivery of your website as a whole is what makes for a great customer experience. The recognition of my time & opinions contributed is rewarded in parallel on 95% of occasions; including screen outs. The only issue I encounter, repeatedly, which I never received a response to after reaching out for information on, is ineligibility to participate due to 'device compatibility & computer settings'.

I've been a member for over 6 years and…

I've been a member for over 6 years and always enjoyed filling surveys but lately experienced many surprises such as malfunction when survey was taking a long time - being informed survey had reached required no of respondents - and wasting time for draw entries which I find unsatisfactory - also lately some surveys ask tedious & repetitive questions such as stating how was one feeling when making a decision about buying frozen foods - I buy frozen food without analysing me reasons or feelings - & as a result of wasting so much time replying unnecessarily detailed questions survey gets frozen & I need to report the issue - feeling extremely frustrated & at my wits end

Avoid this, it's a scam.

The ads show how much money you could make, but in reality the survey stops and you either get nothing or 10 cents after you’ve already spent 5–10 minutes.

I tried six surveys and this happened every time.

This seems to be their strategy: lure you with “up to $5”, but you won’t actually get it.

Avoid this. It’s a scam.

Disappointing Experience Due to Sudden Account Suspension

I had been using the platform in good faith and spending my time completing surveys honestly. Unfortunately, my account was suddenly suspended without a clear explanation or prior notice.

What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency. Users deserve to know what went wrong and should be given an opportunity to clarify or resolve any issue before such action is taken.

I hope the company reviews its process, communicates more clearly with users, and ensures fair treatment in the future. A better support and verification system would greatly improve trust and user experience.

Account Suspended Without Clear Reason – Very Disappointing Experience

My account was suddenly suspended without any proper explanation. I had been using the platform honestly and followed all the guidelines while completing surveys, so this unexpected action was frustrating.

There was no clear warning, no detailed reason provided, and no opportunity to clarify anything before the suspension. A platform that works with users' time and effort should ensure transparency and fair communication.

I hope the company improves its review system and communicates better with users in the future so that others do not face the same situation.

Currently very disappointed with the experience.

Happy with result

Fair resolution and quick response. Very good survey site and legitimate rewards. One of the better survey sites I've used. I should mention, there are surveys on there that don't show the incentive amount. I don't recommend people do them as they pay very little & take too long. They should not be on the site. They are not profile surveys. I've bought this up with Pureprofile & have been told they are posted by it's partner organisation. I had 6 in my feed today that showed no value.
