Great Survey Company

I’ve been a member of Pure Profile for many years. I love the fact that they give a little for each survey. If you are screened out, it is usually for a reason, but if you question this they will always investigate and give you an honest answer. If they agree that you’ve been short changed they will pay a percentage of the survey amount. I have always enjoyed being a member and so my surveys carefully. I am lucky that I’m a speed reader so can answer quickly without fudging any of the questions. Thanks Pure Profile!

Why are you guys asking my phone number…

Why are you guys asking my phone number when trying to redeem through paypal?
does that mean payments will be blocked for 48rs or we'll start getting payments within 48hrs?

We’ve recently introduced SMS verification as part of the redemption process, including PayPal. This requires a mobile number so we can send a one-time code to help keep your account secure.

This update doesn’t change payment processing times, and redemptions will still follow the usual timelines. If you have further questions, please feel free to send us an email.

It gets better with pureprofile.

- They pay a pittance (like 4 cents a survey)
- They take 2 weeks to credit your account
- Then another 30 days to pay you
- They leave you hanging on $19 or $24 for weeks (you can only withdraw in 5 increments).
- When you complain, they blacklist you and force you to provide your identity with a license
They store your bank details and your license in a very unsafe environment. No 2FA used at all.

In short, this site operates as a legit business, and I am sure at one stage in its inception it would have had good intentions, but like every tech company that places extreme profit over anything else, its a scam.

Seriously, don't support them by allowing your time to be exploited by another techbro start up.

What's the best i'll get a bot reply with some BS about them caring a lot about our feedback and how sorry they are that I am having this experience. And the bot will post it within 3 mins of my reply. Unlike their BS customer support, which takes 3 weeks to reply, and then they ban you for having the audacity to ask questions about their scammy practices.

How long will it take for your team to look into my account? Can you give me a specific timeline, like 2–3 business days? Cos, it's been a day now since your promise and nothing has happened.

If you actually fix my account and get surveys showing up again, I will update my review to 5 stars and publicly thank you for making it right.

I will wait for your update, but I expect a real solution this time — not more generic emails.
