Surveys pop up for me to do

Surveys pop up for me to do, and when I click on them, it always says they're closed . Or I can do a lot of a survey, only to be rewarded with 5 or 10 cents.

Top notch experience

Its been a wonderful experience working with PP so far although there was a slight hiccup during a certain transaction but it was resolved professionally.

Time & effort wasted

completed 6 weeks of trial with Zesty Paws product (Dec.2025) but Didn't receive follow up feedback form.Informed Pure profile multiple times next 2 months.They then said would pay reimbursement for trial & tme spent trying to get resolution, to check my account re. payment. However,I CAN'T get into account & have received no payment so far. Messages from Pure profile keep repeating details to go into account to check details of payment & repeating they will reimburse some payment also then stating issue has been solved & case closed.Have sent multiple emails re. this matter since then. I contacted Zesty Paws after trial,they said they would message Pure Profile re. feedback form.These messages read like stock replies but don't address issue. Sarah

I keep being screened out of surveys…

I keep being screened out of surveys with no real explanation and takes me longer to meet my goals payouts take to long but I am grateful and thankfull for the oportunity to make extra cash when I do get surveys

Sometimes there isn’t a value of what you receive for the survey.

great surveys

great surveys that are very easy for us older people to do although at the moment all surveys I try to do say I am not eligible for 1 of many reasons. We have tried several things to correct this issue but to no avail. What is weird is that I am able to do pure spectrum surveys without any problems. Wow it's great now i'm able to do some surveys so things are looking up. Thank you so much Pure Profile

i am having trouble accessing surveys

i am having trouble accessing surveys . I am told have done it /computer settings or incompatability. i have been a member for years and this is only a recent problem. I have contacted you many times and there appears to be no answer .If the problem is my end i am not I T knowledgeable enough to fix it

Avoid

Surveys screen out before you've even started or half way through you get screened out or, even worse, completely finish and no reward. I have lost count of the contact I've made with them and all you get is 'sorry, but you are encouraged to try a new survey' They are honestly hopeless, used to be great but now rubbish. Tiny rewards when you do eventually get one. Takes ages to cash out and when you do takes ages to receive. Don't waste your time. I'm done with them, many others that are far better.
