Dear Pureprofile Support Team,

I am writing again regarding the suspension of my account and the recent claim that my submitted identification is AI-generated.

I must clearly state that this allegation is completely false. The document I provided is genuine, valid, and belongs to me. It is very concerning and disappointing that your system would wrongly classify a legitimate ID as AI-generated without proper human verification.

For over three months now, I have been trying to resolve this issue without success. During this period, my earned funds have remained inaccessible. This is not acceptable, as the money in my account was earned legitimately through your platform.

If your system is unable to verify my identity through the documents submitted, then I request a more reliable method of verification. I am fully willing to:

- Participate in a live video call to confirm my identity
- Provide additional supporting documents
- Attend a physical verification if required

At this point, I expect a fair and transparent resolution. Keeping my account suspended based on an incorrect assessment, while holding my funds, raises serious concerns about the integrity and fairness of your platform.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue through appropriate consumer protection channels and public review platforms. I believe in fairness, and I expect the same from your company.

Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a clear path toward resolving this issue immediately.

This works well for me

This works well for me, in general.

Lately I have noticed more disqualifications or screen-outs.
Even more annoying, though, are the disqualifications that say the reason is 'using AI' or 'nonsensical answers' – neither of which applies to me – especially when I have often gone no further than name, age, gender etc.

Useless time waste of a survey provider

An absolutely useless survey app and website. Far too many times the surveys get you started, you answer questions and then the survey says "quota full" or just goes back to the start page. You don't get any default points for taking part. Initially I would get 5p for each survey where I was not compatible but the last few surveys provided nothing. I was just going around in circles, starting surveys, answering questions, only to be told that the quota was full or just being redirected to the start page. I am an experienced survey taker so it had nothing to do with me not doing them properly. I have had a complete waste of time and terrible experience. I only gave 1 start because there is no option of 0 stars. All flash and no substance. Very angry and disappointed.

I like the surveys but recently there has been some concerns

I like the surveys but recently there have been very few for me to do. The response times to queries have improved recently. The new gift cards are not really useful for me.

Unreliable and untrustworthy

If you don’t like to be short changed and ripped off, then please stay away from this company. They disqualify you right at the end and after spending a lot of time and effort and they don’t award you any points. This is after you have gone through their preliminary questioning and passing the initial qualification screening criteria at the beginning. They also don’t bother answering emails and there is total lack of accountability and transparency- overall a highly unethical company!. I should also add I truly question the veracity and genuineness of the positive reviews left for this company!

There are also quota limits in place, for example specific age groups or locations, and if those quotas fill up while you’re participating, it may result in being screened out even if you initially qualified.

A great survey provider.

I have great confidence in this survey company. If I have done something wrong when I get round to lodging a query I know, based on previous experience, that it will be dealt with promptly & fairly. Recently the gift card selection has changed & I am unable to get vouchers from Mitre 10, Farmers & Whitcoulls which is disappointing. I recommend this survey firm.

Don't believe everything that they tell you.

I see no point in providing a good review for Pure Profile. Any reported problem is likely to be ignored or met with the same old platitudes, which frequently have no relevance to the reported problem. The one that has been popular recently recommends continuing as usual, while they look into it. This also advises that it may be a month before anything can be resolved. In reality, after a month you generally don't care anymore, or you've forgotten. Just like Pure Profile does.

Surveys are good when they work. Quitw often thrown out before I eveb answer 1 question, which is frustrating.

Frustrated

I have been a member of Pureprofile for many years and enjoy taking surveys, but in the last 3 weeks I have not received one survey, just wondering if anyone else is having a problem.
