Have been with PureProfile for 6 years…

Have been with PureProfile for 6 years and as of 4 days ago i have been completely shadow banned, no surveys appear on my feed its completely empty no explanation and no reply from customer service. (All i see is this: There's more to know about your fascinating self. Login tomorrow.) A month ago i completed a radio survey and that would be a $7.80 manual addition to my balance and nothing received and no feedback from customer service regarding this as well .... the website is now completely useless meanwhile no one else is having the same problems so it is definitely a targeted personal attack by Pureprofile.

I have been experiencing problems with my computer browser and decided to secure them with cloudflare, this in no way should have constituted a shadow-ban, 6 years of membership and treated like this is utterly disgusting. 1 star rating warranted, and 1 star is too high a rating ....... and i advise all of my social media subscribers all 3 million to avoid PureProfile at all costs.

Poor customer support and bad returns

I've been using the site for years, it's OK but never going to be a money spinner.

I stopped, for no reason, getting surveys back in Nov 2025. I hadn't noticed it'd been that long (because surveys are inconsistent anyway), but when I did I contacted support.

A month later and despite a follow-up from me I've heard nothing. I did manage to do a couple of profile surveys that paid, but the credit didn't show on my account, or that I'd completed them. I did take a screenshot and sent that off, but still no response from customer support.

Really with the number of surveys that manage to be completed, the inevitable screening out, the shoddy support it really is a waste of effort. I've been tracking my earning for years and I have never earned more than £20 in a whole year since I've been a member.

This is fine if you really want to kill some time, but really it's frustrating and poorly rewarded.

THEFT OF REDEMPTIONS

I have tried redeeming NZ$20 from my account to be deposited into my bank account and, despite Pureprofile having my phone number, they REFUSE to deposit MY MONEY into MY ACCOUNT, this is THEFT, when I try to call them in their Sydney, NSW number, the call defaults to VOICEMAIL and they don't bother to call back. SEE YOU IN COURT PUREPROFILE!

Reasonably easy to earn if checked daily. But washout takes a long time but at least you get it

I am a retired person so giving me surveys about Business's does not apply to me and I seem to get quite a few that are not applicable to me so I can't answer

Easy to use Platform

Surveys are generally easy to complete and not too time-consuming.
The platform is straightforward to use.
Payments are also reliable, and I appreciate that there are regular opportunities to earn rewards.
The customer support unit is wonderful the way my issue was treated within the time frame.

Pure profile is one of the better survey apps,I dont screen out too often,any contact with them is quickly responded to,payments quick and relevant surveys.

its been now 3 month when my account…

its been now 3 month when my account was suspended they asked for id verification and then i provided within hours they they gived me this ticket number 586284 and said we are reviewing your id then i contacted several times they havent replied and now its been 3 months and my id is still under review about two weeks ago i posted a review on trustpoilot then they replied me there that we will work on it and its now 2 weeks and no response now pureprofile team can you please tell me what should i do now? am hare to see response and get my issue resolved am requesting if there is an issue in my quee please mannually forward its been 3 months now.

hey guys , when i ve had an issue with surveys , ive reported a few , i usually get a quick response and answer for the issue.. and some times its my own fault, but i get a resolution !

Sometimes the surveys are very very…

Sometimes the surveys are very very long for the amount of points you receive.
Sometimes the instructions are not clear and are hard to understand.
Sometimes you get to the end of a survey and it just disappears. The company got your views for free.

All good

All good, a little frustrating when I try to do a survey and it has been filled up and there are days I get nothing at all but we have to take the bad with the good and most times it is good. The company pays well and it is fun.
