Good price but very busy @ peak

Good gym very clean easy to use and to…
Good gym very clean easy to use and to book classes. Only got 4 stars as I would prefer a couple more yoga classes as there’s only one a week.Pilates would be a good addition too

Bought a day pass and it wouldn’t work…
Bought a day pass and it wouldn’t work with the code given. Checked my inbox on the app and it said ‘account suspended’ after the £7.99 was taken out of my account. Site unmanned so couldn’t speak with anyone.
EDIT AFTER CONTACTING THE MEMBER SERVICES TEAM BY EMAIL AS ADVISED: No response from Member Services, as of today, 2 weeks after email sent to them…

Very clean and spacious gym
Very clean and spacious gym. I personally think it lacks more leg machines. Hack squat etc. Other than that the gym is really good and i have no problems

Pure gym always delivers
You always know what you’re getting with pure gym. Good value, friendly and knowledgable staff and an easy to navigate building. I never need an induction as I always seem to find it easy to navigate as they’re all the same

Equipment is old not all buttons work…
Equipment is old not all buttons work on the treadmills showers area very small only 5 showers for the men’s changing rooms

The fact that you put the price up when…
The fact that you put the price up when you have at least 1 piece of equipment not working upstairs for last few minths
The Ladies toilet are not clean with sanitary bin full of dust and mark in floor door way which been there for months doess it ever get deep cleaned? Granted I've not been for few weeks as I've been training elsewhere but the standard of cleanliness and machine maintain etc will have not changed and has reminded me to cancel my membership due your ever ncreasing subscription

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym
I couldn’t get into the Eccles
I couldn’t get into the Eccles, Manchester Gym because my code did not register. The attendant let me in. I had to leave early because the attendant was also leaving.
