Could not fault pudsey computers, after trying another company and finding out they no longer have a shop a quick Google took me to yourselves and I am so happy we did. Even though you didn't have the item we wanted in stock the gentleman at the front desk when we arrived took us through other options and then showed me how to click and collect. They kept in constant communication about my item and fitted the graphics card for my brother with no issue. I will recommend Pudsey Computers to anyone who needs tech help and as a bonus I managed to get games for my original xbox as well as newer devices :)

I really can't recommend Pudsey Computers and Luke James highly enough. My son, having saved all his birthday money and Christmas money wanted a gaming PC for Christmas and needed it to be able to run Adobe After Effects. Having done a bit of research, it became apparent that our limited budget was not going to stretch to an 'off the shelf' PC with the kind of spec we needed and the general advice was to get a custom built PC. As someone who knows very little about PCs and tech more generally, this felt hugely intimidating and I really didn't know where to start. Luckily, whilst investigating the local options, we stumbled across Pudsey Computers and could see that they had consistently great reviews. I emailed them on New Year's Eve and got a really quick response. We got really helpful, detailed and easy to understand advice, with no pressure to buy and then I took my son into the shop to have a chat with Luke. Luke was brilliant with him and talked us both through all the options and let my son try out a PC. We placed an order the following Monday and collected the PC that had been built for us on the Thursday. Everything was set up so that all we had to do when we got home was screw in the wireless signal receivers, plug in the PC, connect to the WiFi and go. My son is delighted with the PC and I feel confident that if we have any questions or issues in the future, Pudsey Computers will be there to help. A totally positive experience - I am so glad we found this shop! My son's verdict is 10 out of 10, 5 stars! ⭐😁

Bought a BearMetal PC from them, which I am so chuffed with. Staff in the shop were also super friendly when we came to collect and keen to give advice on aspects of the PC (from hardware to software).

We have stocked both our boys out with their gaming computers, with all the accessories and more. We find the team to be incredibly helpful and, being local, we just nip in when we want some advice or some extra add-ons. We love the personal experience and how you can try before you buy. It's so much better to see something in person and see how a keyboard or mouse feels and sounds, for example - important to gamers. We feel incredibly lucky to have this store on our doorstep. So, one of our PC's failed this afternoon following a couple of power outages. I am reasonably hands-on and tried everything that I could think of but the Dell XPS 8930 would not play ball.

I rang Pudsey Computers ( i had used them over 10 years ago for our annual Higher Education support contract, and they were brilliant then) and spoke with Niko.

Long story short, I took the PC down to them (no appointment was made, the guys just dropped everything to help) and they managed to limp the Dell 8930 back to life. Unfortunately, when I arrived home, it started to fail again. Probably the car journey vibrations on the way home.

Anyway, I would like to

1 - Thank you guys so very much for all of your help this afternoon and

2 - I will be dropping in mid-morning tomorrow to discuss and firm up the order for the replacement PC

And, to anyone that needs kind, considerate and top-notch technical support, I would, without a shadow of doubt, unreservedly recommend you give Pudsey Computers a call.

I have worked in ICT since the mid seventies and it was clear to me this afternoon that Niko and Luke are absolute experts in their field and are just very kind people who will go many extra miles to try to help out.

The staff at Pudsey computers are excellent. They recently solved a problem with our laptop very quickly. As always, helpful and patient with us who are not 'tech savvy'. We have always dealt with them and would have no hesitation in highly recommending them to everyone.

Needed a new laptop PC and at first was going to do the usual and buy online from a major retailer. Decided against that and wanted to support a local business. So glad I did as the service and advice has been fantastic. Had an issue with the laptop (not the stores fault) and they rectified it within minutes of me emailing them.
