After much research and saving for my first pc build I came across this company.
Firstly every question I asked was answered in a very professional manner but also I felt at ease wit the answers. Nothing was too much and the company went above and beyond.
I decided on my build with fantastic advice from the tech team. It was built in rapid time for me to collect.
Not only was my build ready when I got there they sat and explained every aspect of the build and also upgraded parts within my bundle at no extra charge.
What drew me to Wattec is knowing I have a good warranty and technical support being new to the pc world no doubt I will make contact if I need any support.
The company are very quick to respond to any query even out of hours.
No pushy sales and pc lingo you would get lost in. I felt at ease walking away with my new bundle.
With a 5070ti build & Ryzen 9800x3d chip all in ice white which looks amazing.
I’ve had a few comments on the wiring of my system the wiring is perfect very neat which blended well & wire maintenance is top notch.
I am that satisfied with the pre and after sales of my build that I’m purchasing the wife’s from the same company.
If you’re looking for an honest & reliable pc service Wattec is the place to go.
If I could rate higher than 5 stars I certainly would.
Also need to mention they also part ex older pc models to help reduce your total bill with very reasonable pricing.
Now that’s a perk in its self.

Purchased a Clutch 2.0 from WATTEC and collected it from their office in Longsight. The PC was ready the same day. super impressed with how quick the service was. I also needed help setting up Bluetooth (total beginner here), and the support team walked me through it in no time. Definitely recommend!

Ordered a pc and dpd caused some damage next day a tech came out with a new case and swapped everything over really fast at replying and overall great experience best customer service iv had and promt replys and very quick at resolving things would highly recommend.

I recently purchased the Geometric Gaming PC, Ryzen 7 9800X3D and 5080 graphics card. The build itself has been done very well and the aesthetic of the PC is great. I picked up the PC in person, at their Langsight Office in Manchester. The service was excellent, extremely helpful and thorough. I went through the build and the setup and any questions were answered. I would highly recommend this business as they take pride in the work and the quality and price are also excellent.

Went down to pick up the pc and it was build and shown all the things he did to it. Pricing was great for the standards. If ran in to problem they had no problem solving the issue

Really happy with the whole experience. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with from the start.

They made sure everything was properly set up before handover, including BIOS updates and drivers. Build quality is excellent, with clean cable management and good airflow.

Performance has been amazing so far – very high FPS in games, smooth ultra settings in demanding titles, and temperatures staying well under control. The system is also quiet, even under load.

Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I’m very happy with the PC and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-built, high-end system.

It was Christmas week, phoned ordered and arrived the next day. Everything was perfect from the knowledgeable information given to me to the aftercare and the pc 10/10. Bought the ChugJug pc, arrived very well packaged and super quick delivery and very good price with a three year warranty on new build PCs. Highly recommend.

I traded my gaming laptop with a faulty screen in against one of Wattec's eco rebuilds and the service was super friendly and helpful all the way along. An excellent company with great knowledge and clear communication. I will definitely use again in the future when upgrading this pc!

Excellent communication

I reached out to Wattec to see if they would be able to make some changes to a pre-built PC they had listed on their site. My partner was looking for a PC and so I also asked if they would be able to design something that would work for both of us. Not only did they make a whole new PC, they also provided free upgrades despite the price already being better than we had found elsewhere. Can not recommend this company enough, excellent prices and even better customer support.

I am impressed with the companies professionalism and prompt responses. I was initially hesitant to make a purchase due to a lack of online reviews, however the company was very helpful and responsive to my enquiries made via social media. I made an order on Monday, notified thoughout its production and it arrived 4 days later. Highly recommend!
