Top notch work, really exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend. Would love to see more options of profiles at some stage. At the very least a low profile variant.

Although I ended up having to send back some key switches I ordered due to a minor misunderstanding, Jake was very quick to acknowledge and rectify the problem. It's all very well for companies to just send what you order, but the real test is how they sort things out when things don't go perfectly. This couldn't have been dealt with better. I will definitely be back to TechToppers in the future, they are a pleasure to deal with.

I love the keycaps, and the akko switches are great too. Also excellent customer service to ensure I was getting the right key caps for my keyboard model.

I ordered a custom set to match a specific colourway on my new Meletrix Zoom98 build. I wasn't 100% sure I had the colours right and reached out to Jake before the order was processed. He took the time to colour match everything properly and even sorted the text colour on the modifier keys (which I had initially missed) for me without any fuss .

The caps arrived quickly and the colours look spot on. Really happy with the result. Friendly business that clearly takes pride in getting the details right. Would definitely recommend.

Keycaps look great ! Print is high quality. Support is lovely, i had a slight issue with 2 keycaps missing the print, they instantly said they will send another package with them and i also asked them for larger rAlt and FN keycaps and they said they will include it in the package 🤩❤️

Ordered a predesigned set for my keyboard (the medieval combat) and they are lovely. Sound and feel great.
And I realised that a few of the keys are of a different size, so asked the best way to order the replacements; I was sent the replacements only needing to pay shipping.

I recently ordered a set of custom keycaps for my mechanical keyboard from Tech Toppers UK, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The quality of the keycaps is fantastic - they fit perfectly, look great, and clearly have a lot of care put into their design and production.

My keycaps were very high quality even though the photo was quite detailed and I think they look amazing!

I forgot to add the backlit option however they got it done for me for free! Because of this I will definitely be buying more keycaps and they have just earned themselves a life long customer

I spent months looking for a specific keycap set to fit my layout, and I just couldnt find it when I stumbled upon these guys. The customization features are top notch and the image quality is phenominal, along with the colors. I also have a keyboard with an unconventional layout, however I explained the differences in the order notes and they made the changes perfectly. Top notch product and team, couldnt be happier.

Great versatility and quality. I’d love a feature that helps you center images on the keycaps because some I added on the keycaps weren’t centered fully. Other than that great product!

I ordered a keycap for a friend who had somehow lost one of his. As it was a joke Christmas present, I put a picture of my face on it and didn't take much time to align it to the shape of the key.

Jake and Zech went above and beyond with this order, sending me 3 different versions of the keycap all with a different alignments and zoom. I can't remember the last time I got anything even close to this level of service from any single purchase I've made.

I will be recommending Techtoppers to anyone who will listen.

My son wanted some switches and custom key caps for a bare bones keyboard he had purchased.

After a search he selected Tech Toppers for their price and fully customisable caps.

The order process was simple due to the intuitive website and the order was placed.

It took a couple of days for the caps to be made and was then sent via royal mail with tracking information provided.

On arrival, everything was well packaged.

My son set out to assemble the switches and caps into his keyboard.

Unfortunately he had ordered the slightly wrong layout, ANSI instead of ISO.

I contacted Tech Toppers and was informed if I cover the postage, they would make the additional 4 caps free of charge.

I made the postage payment via a link provided, and within a couple of days, the additional 4 caps arrived matching the same custom design and perfectly completing the set.

Overall customer service/Satisfaction is really important to Tech Toppers.

The quality of the caps are amazing.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking for custom key caps.

Customer support was fast and helped me get a special layout for my keyboard (literally swapping out one key that wouldn't fit but its still custom). The editor is really easy to use too, so anybody can make their own keycaps.

I bought a set of keyboards and I am disappointed. The colors do not match my initial document at all, even though I was told that full RGB colors could be printed. I even contacted them beforehand because I was worried the colors might not turn out correctly. Despite this, the blue ended up purple.

There was no warning, no message, and no feedback to inform me of any issue before production. At this price range, this lack of communication and quality control is disappointing.
